The Imemories app for android is very poorly built. I find the entire business model confusing and disappointing.

We enjoyed watching the videos we had converted. The problem we came across was that we were going to lose our access to the videos we paid for unless we paid for a monthly subscription. Which is out of the question for us. So was it worth it? Hard to say, fun to watch but is it worth hundreds of dollars to only have access for a couple of months unless you can download them. But that defeats the purpose of having videos converted to be easily accessible in my opinion.

We know that not all customers want to save their memories the same way, so we give our customers customization and flexibility to save their memories in the way that suits them the best. You can purchase customized DVDs/USB drives(s) and/or download and save to your own computers and devices which is no charge. Everything went smoothly. Items were sent, received and the turn around time was faster than promised. Original media arrived back safely. They transferred a tape that other companies wouldn't/couldn't do. I would only use them again and not the other company I had used in the past.
My movies were converted in a timely manner. I would use the service again.
