OK. Quality of originals were poor, the age of the reels were older than dirt and i didn't expect more.

Satisfied very satisfied but somewhat disappointing. Everything is beautifully done all are clearly visible as clear as possibly can me all of my originals have been returned to me in fine shape. I am very unhappy I wanted all my tapes put on CD disks. I payed over 300 dollars got my old tapes back but 0 CD disks. I keep thinking they are coming. I do not and will not download them on iCloud that is whey I payed the full amount to have them put on a CD disk.

I wanted DVD's of my video tapes and a thumb drive for each. I paid for them. I got nothing but emails saying to go to the cloud to retrieve my material and make my own! I have no idea how to do that. This isn't what I thought I was buying.
Half of the people in the copied films are no longer with us and I am so happy to visit with them once more.
