I found the experience very frustrating because I'm not tech savvy, and I ran into dead ends and malls quite a bit in my quest to get things down loaded viewed and ordered. I did manage to download the videos, but as far as viewing them, they were very hard to see and hard to hear. I don't know if I have to set different settings up to make them better because I know the originals were fine, I don't know I just think they could have a little bit friendlier directions for everybody not just seniors thank you

I've used iMemories multiple times and so far they have yet to disappoint! I've also received a no hassle refund when requested because of video technicalities and a couple that could not be digitized. I plan to continue to use them for my photos next.

The overall experience was great. I would say it would be nice to receive an email once you receive my box. I had to keep tracking the shipment to make sure it arrived. Its also unclear if I did not purchase the storage, do I lose access to the videos on the site. On one of my videos, it seems as if it was put together in an incorrect order. For example, a video of a sports game started and then a party video played and then the rest of the game was after that so I don't know how that happened but overall, this was a good experience and I will continue to use this company. If I were a repeat customer, there should be a discount on future orders and the legacy box should not be so expensive.

The service was great but they can't perform miracles. Our Super 8 reels were 40 years old. The quality of the videos was not good because of the age and poor quality of technology from the early 1980's. Don't wait to convert your memories! If you do it, this company is awesome to work with.

75 year old 8mm film sent to iMemories produced playable on line images of family and friends now long departed. Even myself at 2 or 3 years old on my grandfather's yacht at Marblehead Race week. Strongly recommend them for prompt service.

I decided to convert my old media to a digital format on a whim. IMemories made the process so easy and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Cost was higher than expected, but the converted films were nice to view.
