I had three videos that weren't digitized supposedly due to copyright…. But the copyright had long expired and I had a release anyway. So I am very disappointed
I was very worried about sending in the videotapes that I had been keeping for over 20 years. But the iMemories process was easy and they did the conversion and sent back my films in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend their service.

I sent both my VCR tapes and CDs with pictures of myself and my wife to IMemories to get digitalized. My wife passed away in October 2023 so these were very special memories I have/had with her. The outcome was beyond my expectations. It was totally seamless and now her memory will live with me forever.
IMemories was easy to use. My items were digitized quickly and then returned to me quickly. They communicate regularly in emails explaining cloud membership, how to download and share and asking if I have questions. Highly recommend using them.
Happy with dealing with Imemories except they told me they will return my tapes back to me but never told me that it will cost me $23 around for it.

We sent some very old 8 mm's with not much confidence they would come through. IMemories did a great job digitalizing them and there was still colors in the flowers!

The real that I sent in was older. However, they were able to pull the video off of it and return the real in the same shape. I highly recommend them!
IMemories made it so easy to box up my memories trapped on vhs and dvd and ship them for free. Then, it only took a few weeks for my memories to be uploaded for my viewing!

The Imemories app for android is very poorly built. I find the entire business model confusing and disappointing.

Hi Janet, Thanks for your feedback. By law, iMemories is not able to digitize copyrighted media such as Hollywood movies, television shows, and news broadcasts without a copyright release. Copyright laws are in effect for 70 years. The tapes we received were all copyrighted recorded TV shows. If there was something that you are able to get a signed release form for we could certainly process the video and upload it to your account.
