Too expensive! I couldn't download them to put them on dvds. They wanted to charge me more money just to keep them where I could view them from my device. Not happy at all.

I am so pleased with the results. They weeded out all the junk and had about 5 minute segments. So much better than an hour of boring video. Really great job.

I rarely give out 5 stars and that's because a business always should be continuously improving. The website could be more user friendly, but I am confident this company will thrive.

I have sent many video tapes of my children taken years ago to them. I am over the moon happy and very satisfied.

I chose to do the ones from when I was a small child and when my parents were first dating and married. It is amazing that I can carry them around and look at them on my phone and most of those I have never seen.

This company did a great job. They did not "fix" any torn photos but the copies were clear and what I wanted.

It has been a pleasure to view the films that my dad took of us when we were young. IMemories has been phenomenal in getting this all digitized. Have now started send the vhs films of our children.

It's been very nice being able to send in precious videotapes and Imemories sent an email telling me they received the package which is very reassuring. They are very helpful!

The 8mm movie was from 1942 with my parents, grandparents and great grandparents. Also all my aunts, uncles and older cousins from my mother's side of the family. Last time I saw this I was 10 years old. So glad it could be saved!
Now we'll start looking at the 16mm from the war and back in the states.

It was an exceptional experience from communicating before sending off my box, the ease of preparing the tapes to be sent and then the posting and downloading of the finished product, as well as the return of the original tapes. Thank you Imemories!

Had expected photos too be in sequential order for slide presentation. Instead, there folders were shuffled requiring local support. LB

Prompt service but I feel that $175 to upload them to the cloud is a bit much, especially since I will now have to pay $48 per year to view them

Nicely done! Two of my films were nearly 100 years old and never viewed before. They were handled with care and with a great result. Good and kind service!

We finally had our old DVD's converted to digital, it feels good to know that all those events/childhood memories are saved and so easy to access and share after all these years.

IMemories did a very good and quick job with my films. I was able to download the films onto my computer and from there I can send them to relatives.

I was totally unaware that you couldn't do audio. I never would have authorized that much money for what i got i definitely was bagged!
