Everything that was to be done was done with excellent results.

Our meals were delicious. Ordering on line was ideal. Prompt, and an ideal way to get a meal to have at home.

Delivered the digital version as expected. It was difficult to keep track of the pricing model given all of the price package variations being offered by iMemories.

Expectation have been exceeded. I have called several times and have been handled with polite responce.

Awesome. Our kids loved seeing them as did their cousins.

My Super 8 films of 50 years ago are now on all my children's computers. My family and I were very empress at how simple and easy it was.

I had all but given up on a quality version of my 8mm films - but decided to give it one more chance with updated technology. I'm very happy. A previous attempt came up with bad results. I know it was the quality of the original. This process from iMemories gave me just enough quality to see what I was missing. A memory I would have lost. Thank you.

After I somehow did not get 6 8mm digital downloads, I called the company 6 months later and they agreed to redo them (one time agreement) at no charge to me except for the return shipping. Very good customer service and 5 of the 6 were of very good quality. The 6th one was probably due to videographer inexperience!:-) Excellent customer service!

Pleased (and thank you) with the digital converter from old reels. I had included and paid for (I believe) some video cassettes too - for digital conversion. All were returned to me efficiently. No evidence of the video cassettes being converted, nor explanation as to why they were not.

My video tapes were Beta and over 30 years old. I thought all of those precious memories were lost to me forever. I am very happy with the digitized videos that I received. Thank you iMemories.

The pictures were good and they showed up very clear

There were some errors in calculating my charge and it was substantial, a rep called checking up w me and she discovered it. Her name was Lorraine, super grateful for her being so astute and checking up.

I sent in 59 digital tapes to be converted. The one thing that I am disappointed in is that the tapes were broken down into multiple segments. I don't really understand why. Now I'm going to have to get software to put them back together again. It's been a real pain watching some segments that are reasonably long and others that are very short. Say 20 seconds.

Also. Uploading the files is very cumbersome and time consuming.

Emotional, satisfying, worthy of my time and a 'tug' on my pocket-book.

I have, and have lived, life... with it's traditions, memories, moments of happiness as well as sadness. This is my life, our life, a joyful & wonderful time... multiplied over and captured in heart mind soul and other ways.
