After 35 years, we finally got around to bringing all our media up to date with the digital age. Some of the videos had squiggly lines running through the video. All that was removed and the images are very clear.

It's well worth the price for sure! My kids are in their 30s now and we haven't viewed our old videos of them at all because we didn't want to take the chance and ruin them, so now we can view them safely on line. I'm surprising my husband on our anniversary next month and then will show the whole family. The grandkids will get a big kick out of seeing their father's when they were their age! It downloads the videos to file then it says cancelled and then you try and refresh and there are duplicates and I dont know where the video downloads are

These folks are wonderful. They turned around my 8mm movies to digital in a very short time. I downloaded them and the quality was awesome. You have to remember these are from the 50's and 60's and not like the quality you get with your phone these days. One of the videos was blurry compared to the original, and they had me send it back and they redid it and it was great. They didn't charge me for the redo. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.

I tried the VHS adapter for my VHS-C tapes. It tried to eat one and made the beginning of the tape messed up to review. I contacted others and they used the same method. IMemories stated they have a dedicated player. So worth taking the chance. They digitized all my VHS-C tapes and even recovered my video of the messed up one.

The quality of the videos were really good except a few of ours had the timing of the voice and the video off. Some of my favorite videos were off on timing. Otherwise, it was a good experience. We had a quick turnaround, sendoff was easy, and I love that we can stream the videos from any device anywhere.
I was glad to have the home movies I was sure I would eventually not be able to access available to watch and share. The only thing that I would mention is, it would be great if there was a way to recycle the old tapes as I'm not sure what to do with them now that I have them back.

In our 50s now and the oldest members of our family, my brother and I have hours of film that we have never seen before, birthday parties we had forgotten, Christmas mornings with our Mom before she passed (we were in grade school (2nd/4th) so we don't have many memories). I had been toting the box of film around for probably about 15yrs. I am so incredibly grateful to iMemories for this treasure. I only wish I would have done it before my Dad passed so he could re-live and tell stories to go along with what they show.

Overall my experience was good. They performed the services they describe however, iot took longer than they say it will. We had some audio/video sync issues that they attempted to resolve by re-digitizing the master tapes. They made a solid effort to find and resolve the issue but we were told the issues exist on the masters, so there is nothing more they could do. Generally speaking, this was a fine process albeit a bit longer than expected.

I wish it was a little clearer but I know my videos were old
I was worried I wwas going to loose all these tapes due to decay and never get to look back watching my son grow. But thanks to imemories I won't need to worry anymore. I can't thank you enough.
