Most of the slides I sent came out nicely as digital files, but some were extremely overexposed though the originals were not.

I enjoyed working with iMemories, but I was a little confused as far as that I got them to put up online, but I also thought I would receive a DVD so I could put them on my DVD player. That was my only confusion.

Wonderful and had to wait very little amount of time for my videos to be converted.

Great product idea. Most turned out really well, some had issues and when we called Lorraine said "had you called earlier" we could have helped. Well, that wasn't helpful. But, I must say all other calls to the business were handled with courtesy with great resolve. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

The process to download the videos was not intuitive nor user friendly. The quality of the converted videos was unexpectedly very poor and extremely disappointing.

I am so relieved that I was able to get the footage of my late father from the 1980's from this VHS tape. I cried all night, watching it over and over. To see him and hear his voice again! Wow! I am so grateful and so much healing happened from this. As far as this company it was so fast and so easy and I felt safe sending them my one and only thing. I love how they send you the packaging first to send all your things to them. Thank you 😊

Great coordination, easy to follow, straightforward way to send in materials, easy to download. Would definitely use them again for other conversions.

I spent money to get the shipping box. Then money to have just a few movies converted. Then I had to pay to get my original film back. And now I have to continue to pay a monthly or yearly subscription to be able to access them. Maybe I didn't read through this very well in the beginning but this seems like very excessive cost.

You just send them your slides and photos and they do all of the work.

Only did it because of 50 percent off coupon and it was still very expensive

Good. The quality of the movies that were transferred to VHS was poor due to aging. The digitized transfer is viewable and I am happy with that I had it transferred

Watched them all. Tears were shed. I burnt them to a DVD but they won't play on a PlayStation.

I am so happy that I sent my videos to iMemories! Their customer service was also fantastic when I emailed them for a question. I will definitely be using their services again!

I was very happy when I was able to view my videos on my IPhone, IPad, and TV 😊 IMemories did a wonderful job in restoring my videos. Although, I did have a few videos that couldn't be saved due to mold, but i was very pleased with the videos I received back. I will be placing another order with them very soon.

I love love it! I watch all my precious videos of my baby boys everywhere and anywhere. I have told everyone I know about it. Worth every penny!

Excellent service. I had one video of my newscast at a broadcast station which was deemed to be copyrighted and could not be digitized. I submitted a copyright owner statement but was disappointed.
