They converted our VHS tapes to digital and made them available online for a competitive price. Communication was good. I'd use them again.

Didn't get lines out,and blurry pictures I love to add to my memories

I had already digitized some VHSs to DVDs, but the DVDs became outmoded and not used. Simply downloading from the cloud is so much easier.

I would not use this again.
I wanted dvd, did not get them and the customer service response was not good

All tapes were transferred digitally and turned out great! My mom passed in 1999 and now I have the memories to go to.

My daughter pasted away. This is as close as I will get to seeing her in court. They are priceless to me. On the one you did for us prior to this one, the dvd was damaged by fedx. I called and you replaced it at once. If we find any more film of Nicole. We will send it to you.

Everything was so easy to get my tapes digitized. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful all the way. I would highly recommend this to my friends.

A really great and convenient way to organize and share videos/photos. Saves time if you're a busy person. Highly recommend to anyone who has bins of any type of old media in the garage and want to preserve and re-live them!

I've used iMemories several time to convert old tapes that were 30 years old into wonderful memories to share with family members. The service is great through the entire process - providing notification upon receiving the tapes, when they will be processed and have to navigate the website to view and share your memories. The service is also very timely and usually have request completed within two weeks! I will continue using iMemories!

I only had small color prints of our wonderful 6 weeks in Europe because in those days it was film only. I recently found color negatives that were misplaced for years. Now I can view images as big as I want on computer, and all are safely saved digitally in a couple of places.

I live in a 55+ older community where many of us are in that place in our lives where we have time for projects and enjoying looking back over our lives. I have recommended iMemories to many of my friends here because I have had such a positive experience. It is easy to use and more importantly, easy to share with family. I found the customer service help extremely knowledegable and found the process very organized and safe. I love how easy it is to watch videos from all of my devices.

I had several VCR tapes that I thought for sure I would never be able to share with my children & grandchildren but iMemories were able to get them downloaded. I am beyond grateful. I had one VHS that my neighbor had taped from the news of my son at 5 being interviewed by our local news station they could not download for copyright reasons, while understandably so, still sad.

They processed my old VHS tapes quickly however I still haven't received my tapes back yet. Overall great service

It was with some trepidation that we sent off our precious videos, movies and slides. It has been so wonderful seeing them in digital format. I'm looking forward to being able to sort them and share them.
