It was with some trepidation that we sent off our precious videos, movies and slides. It has been so wonderful seeing them in digital format. I'm looking forward to being able to sort them and share them.

No need to post this but I apparently did not read the fine print. I was not aware I only got 30 days of cloud storage. I subscribed for a year, but wonder how that works moving forward to pass this on to my children.

I have had three sets of tapes sent so far and they have done a great job converting them to where we can view them. I still have more to send in and i hope the quality will be the same.

The box arrived in a timely manner and my VHS tapes were converted to digital format and I received a link to the videos a few weeks later and he VHS tapes were returned to me.

It was quick and easy.

I need to have more digitized as I am very happy with my order and how it turned out.

I shipped off my tapes, and then they were uploaded to my iMemories app, which I was able to also view on TV, what a great experience I would definitely recommend iMemories!

Great experience! I love the work you all did with these pictures. I just need to see about getting them back. After I get these back I will send more.

To see these old memories on my phone was just awesome

Only regret is not transferring our videos etc earlier! Can't wait to send the rest of our home videos in.

For me it would have been nice to have the 3 min segments combined!

I sent about 10 tapes. I had already converted several of them so I could use them as a test. I watched the converted videos and several had been converted but no tracking had been adjusted so they were terrible. I contacted them and informed them of the issue and they corrected the problem conversions. I love their online capabilities and will be sending more their way. Update: sent a second set and again, they were wonderful.

I rarely ever write reviews but I was so pleased with the iMemories services. They made this process so easy by shipping a box to me to ensure my vhs tapes got transported safely. I love that I was kept updated on where my order was in the process because it was nerve wrecking to ship the only copies my family had of our childhood videos. As soon as my tapes were converted and uploaded they sent me an email and I was able to easily view them all from my phone and iPad. It also made it easy for my siblings to all get to view them as well. The quality was great and I'm so happy I trusted the care of my memories to this company.

Got charged a lot of money to later find out only one video was able to be converted out of seven tapes

Watching my sons videos digitally is so much easier than connecting our old camcorder to our TV.

The customer service is great! Very quick to respond. I had to ask for them to look at a couple of tapes both times on both of my orders for some static lines. I am not sure why it wasn't caught before it was sent back to me but they did get them cleaned up for me. With that said, I will continue to use their services.

Overall it's a good experience but paying for memories I can't see my only issue is two tapes could have been combined and were not because they had nothing on it. This is expensive and I felt disappointed that this happened but overall the experience was great and I am appreciative for what was recorded. Thank you

Thank you memories for converting my old VHS, DVD and 8MM to great digital memories. I appreciate the customer service and care that was taken with my cherished family memories.

I sent In several old 8mm movies. The process was simple enough with using the mailing box that I ordered from them. The cost is a little more than I would like because I have a lot of super 8 movies that I would also like to get digitized.

I apprehensively sent the only videos I had of my father, who died last year, to imemories. I decided to move forward as their process seemed reasonable and trackable. 22 digital videos later not only can i see my father but my mother and children.
