I have been highly impressed with the quality & service. I had several tapes unrecoverable by another service but iMemories was able to recover some dear memories of my wife from 1990 in the first year of our marriage. Sadly, she passed away last year so these memories are precious.

You just make a call or send an email. Gather your media together and ship it out in the box and postage iMemories provided. They are fast and very respectful. IMemories was also very easy to contact. Every time my sister called, they always had time for her questions.

Found an old box in the basement filled with old video tapes that had been in a flood. The tapes consisted of wonderful memories of when my children were born. I was pleased with the process because I definitely couldn't do it myself and the turnaround time was so quick.

I'm so glad I've been able to use iMemories. It was easy to use and affordable.

I'm very pleased with the actual aspect of the service where I received the shipping box, sent in my media, conversion, and accessibility once it was ready. However, this was overshadowed by the amount of emails i received (3+ a week) once they had my email address. I unsubscribed from marketing emails and was told by customer service that I would only receive necessary emails related to the media I sent in however a month later I'm still receiving at least one email a week from imemories. As a result I will not use their service again.

I appreciate that iMemories did what they said they would. Everything worked smoothly. My products were delivered to them and returned by them to me as expected in a timely manner.

Using iMemories was a great experience. The entire process from start to finish was just as it was offered. Would highly recommend using iMemories.

We are happy with the quality of some very old videos and photos we wanted digitized. And we love that everything is uploaded on iMemories website so all our family around the world can enjoy them and download what they want to keep. We only wish you could digitize cassette tapes too :)

I am still not able to download my videos and share them! Download does not work.

Having put all these old movies in digital format and showing my family member the end product well it brought them to the brink of crying...

I had a rush order they got to the next day and some of the videos I had sent in were uploaded to iMemories within 24 hours. My friends and I had no trouble navigating the app and getting a chance to watch old footage of us from 30 years ago. We were all very appreciative of the product.

Wish the videos were separated a bit better since I'm not good on the computer I had a bit of struggle separating however i navigated through it ok.

The entire process was easy from start to finish. Imemories provided the packaging and simple instructions to complete the transformation of our VHS tapes to the digital format.
