Personally, I have used this service several times with excellent results. The staff has been very helpful to make sure I was getting the product I requested. Should I want to convert more pictures or films to disks I would use iMemories again.

I was hesitant to try this lesser known company, but so happy I did. They checked in with a personal call to answer any questions after I placed my order. I received the digital content in a reasonable time frame. I have more to digitalize and will be requesting another box soon!

Hi: I still have not received my original vhs tapes- should I be concerned or will they be returned soon?!

I had these reels in my home for many years. Just to give you an idea how old, these movies were taken by my father in the fifty and sixties. The movies themselves are poor quality: i e missing heads and moving too fast to really see anything, but it's well worth the expense just being able to see what was on the reels and especially getting that box out of my closet after 20 years.

40 years ago our wedding was photographed, but we only took the negatives. Planning a party made me want the opportunity to see what was on the negatives. IMemories got the best reviews and I found out for myself why. During phone conversations, I was given extremely helpful information on how to get the most out of my order. I now have 400 digital pictures to look at and use for the party.

Easy to use and excellent quality start to finish!

I was under the impression that my VHS tape would be converted to a thumb drive (at least that is what I requested). Instead I got a link to view in the "cloud"-which I now must subscribe to...why would I want to pay monthly for one VHS tape? This is not what I ordered. It is fixable? Or did I just waste money?

They were advertising for my old business 30 plus years back and I was the author of the ads on television advertising. Took a few phone calls to understand and fil out the form for copyright release.

I was introduced to memories through my son. We tried out the service and loved it. I am working through all the old movies. It's wonderful to see how time has been captured! Thanks.

A bit expensive for what you get. I thought you should get them put on a CD for the price but no everything is a added price.

You won't regret doing it. Fast and good quality considering how old my items were.

I was so happy to be able to view videos I'd taken long ago and hadn't watched since. I didn't even remember shooting many of them. Spent so many hours reminiscing and was gratified to be able to share select memories with friends and family who got a kick out of seeing their (much) younger selves. It helped that iMemories divided each video into separate files so I can arrange them by date and subject and find what I want much easier. I am so pleased with the service I plan to start sending old photos next. It's definitely worth doing to make old memories accessible. Highly recommend!
