It was so easy to send in my media and receive well-organized digital clips. Everything was super speedy and great quality.

Over 50 years ago, 8mm film is how memories were recorded. I had a 8mm projector that I would set up occasionally to view. In the 1980's, VCR cameras came out and those old 8mm canisters were stored, and moved, and stored, and moved and stored some more. IMemories helped return those old recorded moments in a usable format to share with family and friends again.

Long overdue on my bucket list were the digitization of dozens of videos in several analog formats. Over six months, I sent three different shipments to iMemories. Within a couple of weeks each time, my results were loaded onto their portal for viewing. Super thankful to iMemories for converting these cherished memories! One note: they don't convert old audio cassette tapes. Or at least they didn't convert mine.

It was great to see my children when they were babies. Only one of my videos of my oldest son's first steps couldn't be saved from the videos, and I am not sure why but otherwise the experience has been easy and effortless.

I love iMemories HOWEVER I did notice that the end of my videos get cut off with 2-3 seconds remaining which doesn't seem like much but if something happens right at the end or someone says something at that moment, it gets interrupted. I hope this can be corrected.

Experience good - a bit tough to understand pricing on website

I am a first time customer. The cost was high only due to the fact I didn't have my old tapes labeled by the minute. Of the 4 tapes I sent I may have 30-40 min to convert and save. What I have will be treasured. Wish it wasn't so expensive or I would do more

Was skeptical at first sending all of these 8mm movies 50 years old and slides the same age and videos of my kids. I was amazed what they did they look amazing all on one flash stick or I can see them on line. Great job I Memories. Take that pile of videos and movies you will never look at and do this you won't regret it.

After gathering 4 VHS tapes of family events, it took me about 2 years to send them to iMemories. I was worried about the tapes being lost; foolish worry since I had absolutely no way to view the tapes! Finally, sent them out and I'm so glad I did. It has been wonderful to see my son, who is now 36, at his third birthday party. Given the age of the tapes, the resulting images are pretty good.

Initially I thought the price was a little high, but when I received the digital photos, I literally said "this is priceless." The quality is fantastic. Such a great experience - thank you for preserving our photos and videos!

What a great way to be able to view old VHS tapes, old photos, old films... all our family memories right on my lap top, my phone, and even the TV! Unbelievable! So easy to do!

Shipped VHS tapes to iMemories on 6/29/23, got the digital copies on 7/11/23. The original tapes were returned back to me on 8/4/23. All faster than expected.

I received the link to watch in the cloud. Was a bit skeptical because the video didn't look like their was any improvement. Color was the same as watching on my video player. So, I was disappointed in the outcome. Thank you for my video return. I will find a company that can just drop to DVD/USB.8

Lots of memories of people that have since gone on. Would recommend before it is too late.
