I thought I had lost my VHS tapes in Hurricane Katrina, where we lost our home down to a slab. Only recently did I discover that my adult son had borrowed them shortly before the storm! What a gift from God! I yearned to see them, but - no VHS player. I looked at reviews and decided to convert to DVD's, but my children recommended digitization instead, so that they could download as well. We are thrilled with the quality! Your phone staff was so patient with me as I asked questions, and your messages along kept me well informed of progress. I recently sent three more VHS tapes and 800 (approx?) of 8mm film that were salvaged from my parent's home. Hopefully they are being processed as we speak. Again,

Only one of four videos were converted & the turnaround time was ridiculously slow. I then took them to a local company and the job was completed in two days.

I have sent in a large batch of 27 items and then later a smaller batch of 11. Both times the orders were handled in in timely manner and the product (online digital form) was excellent. I was worried about sending in my originals but then I thought, they will NEVER be watched just sitting in a box. The quality and care given to even the most difficult of the media items I turned in was outstanding. I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I gave these slides to a company in Raleigh NC and they had them for seven months and did nothing with them. I got them back and sent them to iMenories and I got them back within a month.

My 23 year old son and his girlfriend visited from NYC. My 21 year old son is home for the summer. What a special night to stream our home movies on the tv. THis has inspired others to convert their videos. I have highly recommended iMemories and just sent off another 16 tapes to be converted.
