Hi Jen, Thank you for the great review. We completely understand the nervousness that comes with shipping your precious family memories. We take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your items from the moment they leave your hands until they are safely returned to you!
I was nervous about packing my precious recorded memories in a box and shipping them off. But, recorded memories were no longer usable due to the outdating of technology. The entire process goes as follows: Order the shipping box, Gather your memories, ship the box back, approve/ pay for your order, and wait. Imemories keeps you informed at every turn.
I downloaded the app, and checked periodically for updates. About 2 weeks later, the first conversion showed up on my phone! After all the media was converted, IMemories, carefully packaged my originals and sent them back to me! I was immediately able to share and download my converted media. The final process, is to decide if I wanted an extended server storage time. I am in process of gathering another order for conversion! Keep up the amazing work!

Great only issue was not knowing the flashdrive i bought with my order was so expensive and not Fat32. Wouldn't work on my smart tv. Put them on my own flash drives. Myself

I was afraid they were beyond saving. It has been a real treat to be able to see these very old movies. Some of them from our old super 8 camera in the early 60s.

What a treat for me to be able to have all of those very old videos transferred to digital on my computer. IMemories did a excellent job of converting them. Quickly and reliably. Our whole family is enjoying them immensely.
As expensive as it was to convert these. I think I should be able to look at them anytime I want.
