We sent in a box of old family videos on miniDV tape. A couple of weeks later, we received an email link with a login to access the videos online. You can watch them online at the iMemories website, via the iMemories app, or you can download them to your device. We then received the original tapes back in the mail. The experience overall was positive.

I am mostly satisfied! Didn't realize you had to purchase a subscription plan after spending so much money on getting them digitized.

My father past a month after my wedding. When I came home from Mt honeymoon my father was in the hospital in a coma. He never woke up. My wedding day was the last time I saw or spoke with my father. My wedding was on a VHS tape, iMemories gave us the opportunity to hear and see my Dad and my son got to see and hear his grandfather whom he's named after. The best gift and this is something I can have for a lifetime. Thank you

I was very happy with imemories, professional, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. I sent them some old videos, they cleaned them up and made them viewable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very easy and well-communicated process. I was very happy with the result! Turn-around time for both the quote and the digitizing was reasonable and I loved getting to see videos I hadn't even viewed before due to the old format!

The film was transferred quickly but for what I received, it was very expensive.

I'm able to stream on my phone and tv! Lot's of fun viewing with all my kids!

Shopping and shopping were easy. Felt like I got hoodwinked though. It seemed hidden to me that you only had one month free trail with the product. Very dissatisfied that I cannot continue to view it on my smart tv. I used this company for that purpose at the anticipated rate I paid. Not that I would need to pay another monthly fee to view in the future. My siblings can no longer see the videos either because we live states apart. Only downloaded/saved on my computer. (which I downloaded two hours before the trial was up when I happened to read my spam emails.)

Poor explanation of what you would get with an end product. I spent a lot of money and am disappointed. Will not use this service again and would work with someone locally who gives me a free usb/dvds and sends digital copies for the same. Not worth the option for the NOT FREE use of app due to "storage" payment.

It was great to see the old videos return to life. I did not know that after 30 days you have to pay to see them again. I thought paying to have them digitized would make them yours.

I phoned imemories and told them what I needed digitized. They sent me a box. I filled it and sent it back. The results were posted and I easily downloaded my digital images. Super easy. The hardest part was determining which of my old images I needed digitized.

I had several tapes and an old movie to convert and no player to watch. This was a way to convert and view memories from the past.

I recently retired and sat down to make sense of our over 30 years of videos from our 3 children's childhood and our wedding. I had attempted to convert the c- vhs and dvd to CD 's without much success. A friend told me about IMemories. I packaged up our 46 tapes and shipped them off in the box that was provided. Within 2 weeks I had an estimate which was very reasonable. I gave the go ahead to have the tapes digitized. The process was completed in 3 weeks. With our free month we downloaded the app on our TV and phone. We all have been enjoying the memories ever since. We share our funniest videos with each other and other family members that appear in the clips. It has been great. It is better than I ever expected. We will surely renew every year so we have the memories forever. It was a fabulous experience. I had a couple questions early on in the process and called the IMemories office and they were extremely patient and answered all my questions. Very pleasant and so easy to work with during this process. Would highly recommend to anyone with a box of old tapes sitting around.

I had videos and 8mm films converted with iMemories about a year or so ago and recently had several hundred slides converted to digital. We have enjoyed the digital videos very much and it appears that we'll enjoy the new digital slides just as well. IMemories has been very professional and also very trustworthy with some of my most prized possessions. Highly Recommend!

Brought back memories of the trip was very pleased

It was a little confusing to figure out how to make sure I save my digital copies and not lose them. I was a little confused about the subscription service. But I think right now I have everything I need! I love to watch my baby girl growing up

Such a great service and so easy. I sorted my pictures a little (into decades) and boxed all 500 pictures in the iMemories box. Off they went.

When I received notice that they were digitized I went onto their website and downloaded all of them. I know I could have left them on the website but I just wanted them all on my computer. So easy.

It was professional and timely. No issues and they send multiple emails to make sure you get it completed

I contacted IMEMORIES by phone. My questions were answered and the process began. The price and timetable were clear and adhered to. After delivery, my additional questions were answered. Having a month-to-month storage option gives me time to organize my digital pictures.

I finally spent a day going through all my old vcr tapes, and sent them off to iMemories. It was wonderful when I got the digitized films -- seeing my children when they were so young, and my now grown grandchildren when they were born. I've spent hours watching and remembering such happy times. Thank you, iMemories.
