We had but one video of our son from 37 years ago. I've been so afraid of damaging it that I've kept it in a safe all these years. I finally got the nerve to mail it to iMemories. Thank you for taking such good care of our memory as he passed away when he was 5 years old. We will treasure it forever.

I am very happy with the results, but I am disappointed in the downloading experience. I have been traveling a lot so did not have a chance to download quickly and then when I did I had to pay $7.99 to access my files (per month). I did not feel that the communication was good in letting me know I only had 30 days to download my files that I had paid for!
It was wonderful to relive our memories of so important dates for us!

We found an old 8mm video of my parents wedding, and did not have a projector to view. The video was not recorded very well but the conversion was great.

I'm glad that I took the time and spent the money to preserve my 20+ year old tapes and convert them to digital. While many of the tapes came out very dark, it is still better than losing them altogether. We are enjoying the memories.

I sent in an old film that had two soundtracks on super eight. I sent it before Christmas and it just got finalized during Easter weekend.
In one of my emails to Customer Service I said, if you're not able to do this correctly, I would prefer a refund. Instead, they admitted that the film was fairly degraded, and the quality was not very good, but they did not give a refund.
All in all, not a good experience, and I will not use them again.

The service was simple and easy to use. When I pointed out that I was charged for 18 videos but received only 17 because one had been blank, customer service volunteered to reimburse me for the blank.
The only real problem I experienced was that one download video representing one VHS tape stopped playing after three seconds.
