The quality of the videos were really good except a few of ours had the timing of the voice and the video off. Some of my favorite videos were off on timing. Otherwise, it was a good experience. We had a quick turnaround, sendoff was easy, and I love that we can stream the videos from any device anywhere.

I was glad to have the home movies I was sure I would eventually not be able to access available to watch and share. The only thing that I would mention is, it would be great if there was a way to recycle the old tapes as I'm not sure what to do with them now that I have them back.

So wonderful to easily view videos from the past and share with those families. The process is very simple and so rewarding! Thank you iMemories!

So many memories, things that had been forgotten brought back! Laughed so hard at our kids antics growing up! So worth having the old videos converted to digital! Bonus being able to stream them on our TV! We can't stop watching them!

In our 50s now and the oldest members of our family, my brother and I have hours of film that we have never seen before, birthday parties we had forgotten, Christmas mornings with our Mom before she passed (we were in grade school (2nd/4th) so we don't have many memories). I had been toting the box of film around for probably about 15yrs. I am so incredibly grateful to iMemories for this treasure. I only wish I would have done it before my Dad passed so he could re-live and tell stories to go along with what they show.

Overall my experience was good. They performed the services they describe however, iot took longer than they say it will. We had some audio/video sync issues that they attempted to resolve by re-digitizing the master tapes. They made a solid effort to find and resolve the issue but we were told the issues exist on the masters, so there is nothing more they could do. Generally speaking, this was a fine process albeit a bit longer than expected.

I was worried I wwas going to loose all these tapes due to decay and never get to look back watching my son grow. But thanks to imemories I won't need to worry anymore. I can't thank you enough.

I had 14 vhs tapes converted. The quality and sound was perfectly preserved. Turn around time was around 3 weeks, I was notified as they were completed so I was able to start watching as they came in. The app is very easy to use and share with loved ones. I will definitely be using iMemories again in the future, it's been a wonderful experience and the memories I got to relive are priceless 💛

I had various type of tapes (VHS, mini VHS, mini DVD) from back to 1996 that I sent in a big box. I was very worried sending my memories away in the mail, but was relieved when I tracked the box and it arrived to the destination. I am not sure if it was the quality of my tapes, but the quality of the videos is not good. It could be bacause my tapes were sitting for so long- I don't know. It is noce to be able to play the videos on my phone and share them.

They did what they said they were going to do and when they were going to do it. It was easy and straight forward without a lot of marketing BS.

I was so nervous about the process but I am beyond happy and cannot wait to send in more tapes! I am unlocking memories that I did not even remember! It is so great to be able to watch the videos over and over! And sharing them with family members has been amazing! Thank you iMemories!

When I sent my memories to be converted, I was provided a nice sturdy box with Ziploc bags for my media and a big plastic sleeve for the entire box to avoid water damage. When my media was returned, it was crammed into a little box half the size of the one I was provided, which arrived crushed on one corner with no special protective covering. Thankfully the contents were intact. When I opened the box they had put little stickers over my late mother's handwriting on each tape! Those things might not mean anything to you but they do to me. I reviewed the converted media and found sound quality issues with two VHS tapes and requested they be redone. Those tapes play with clear sound and picture on my TV so I'm not sure why you had a problem but after redoing one of the two I returned, the quality is worse than the first one you converted. I guess no one is reviewing these or doing a side by side comparison to make sure the customer gets the best product possible. So far for the amount of time I have spent sending and returning media, reviewing videos and going back and forth with customer service on quality issues, it doesn't seem like it was worth the money I spent. I was expecting more for the money and time I've spent. I know when I provide products to my customers, the products are rigorously inspected and checked before leaving my dock. I would expect the same from someone caring for other people's precious memories.

My vhs tapes were from the 1980's. I can't believe how the conversion worked so good!

I'm so happy I had my family VHS'S, photos and cell phone videos. As we all know, we pay a pretty price for having that done. What I didn't know I'd have to pay either a monthly or annual fee to watch them.

I've used iMemories several times over the years to transfer old tapes and lately to digitize some very old slides. Preserving these memories is an invaluable service. Much appreciated and we'll done!
