Quality is great. I am disappointed in how I have to view my movies once I've chosen to not pay the monthly cloud storage fee. IMemories could have done better there.

Some of film submitted was over 40 years old. Didn't want to lose due deterioration, and thankful I Memories was able to restore them as we had experienced them initially! Will definitely go to them again with additional memories!

I had one 8mm reel of film from 1965 and a VHS tape from the mid 80s that I needed digitalized. This service was fairly priced and the service reasonably prompt.

I wish the company didn't give the impression that the videos can be played on tv as if you were watching a movie. They only provide the ability to watch clearly on your phone. It probably has to do with the pixels. However, I did enjoy watching family videos I haven't seen in 30 years. Very nice memories.

Please keep in mind these are standard definition videos being viewed with todays high definition equipment, so they will not be as clear and crisp as we have gotten used to. That is part of the magic of being able to see your family as it was 30 years ago!
While the films were digitized, I was disappoointed that there was little clean up/ clarity done to the films.

I memories is indeed a company that is reliable, helpful, and makes life easier for me. I have sent in many old reel to reels, old, tapes (VHS and 8mm) and individual pictures from the 50s and 60s. I have had more fun strolling down memory lane, seeing friends and family from the past, both in still life and in movies. I memories have brought back so many memories and the App is easy to download and watch, share and enjoy the past as well as the present. One can even edit their own videos, etc. I am so glad that I took a chance and used this company. In my opinion, I Memories is definitely a 5 star company.
