I am so pleased with the customer service that I received from IMemories. I began with trusting them to digitize some old 8mm tapes just to see how everything would go, I was very worried that my tapes would get lost but they were returned in perfect condition after being digitized. Then I sent ALL the rest of my old VCR and 8mm and followed up closely. Every call was friendly and efficiently handled and I am very pleased to have my digitized movies on my devices and I watch them on my TV as well! All tapes returned in perfect condition with a prepaid label to send more if I chose to. I would highly recommend this company with processing your treasured memories!

I really like how this company works. I loved that they send a secure box with bubble wrap to ship everything in.
It took about 2 months from shipping to get the movies converted and getting my old tapes back.

After 35 years, we finally got around to bringing all our media up to date with the digital age. Some of the videos had squiggly lines running through the video. All that was removed and the images are very clear.

The shipping & ordering were extremely easy. The shipping costs were high. Without the 50% off it would have been expensive to digitize (9) 50' 8mm reals. Overall, I have what I wanted that will remain in the family. Thank you.

I'm not a computer guy, so it was a bit frustrating, but watching you-tube videos helped

It's well worth the price for sure! My kids are in their 30s now and we haven't viewed our old videos of them at all because we didn't want to take the chance and ruin them, so now we can view them safely on line. I'm surprising my husband on our anniversary next month and then will show the whole family. The grandkids will get a big kick out of seeing their father's when they were their age! It downloads the videos to file then it says cancelled and then you try and refresh and there are duplicates and I dont know where the video downloads are

It has been such a fun walk down memory lane! I have seen my video's in over 30 years!

These folks are wonderful. They turned around my 8mm movies to digital in a very short time. I downloaded them and the quality was awesome. You have to remember these are from the 50's and 60's and not like the quality you get with your phone these days. One of the videos was blurry compared to the original, and they had me send it back and they redid it and it was great. They didn't charge me for the redo. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.

I tried the VHS adapter for my VHS-C tapes. It tried to eat one and made the beginning of the tape messed up to review. I contacted others and they used the same method. IMemories stated they have a dedicated player. So worth taking the chance. They digitized all my VHS-C tapes and even recovered my video of the messed up one.

The quality of the videos were really good except a few of ours had the timing of the voice and the video off. Some of my favorite videos were off on timing. Otherwise, it was a good experience. We had a quick turnaround, sendoff was easy, and I love that we can stream the videos from any device anywhere.

I was glad to have the home movies I was sure I would eventually not be able to access available to watch and share. The only thing that I would mention is, it would be great if there was a way to recycle the old tapes as I'm not sure what to do with them now that I have them back.

So wonderful to easily view videos from the past and share with those families. The process is very simple and so rewarding! Thank you iMemories!

So many memories, things that had been forgotten brought back! Laughed so hard at our kids antics growing up! So worth having the old videos converted to digital! Bonus being able to stream them on our TV! We can't stop watching them!

In our 50s now and the oldest members of our family, my brother and I have hours of film that we have never seen before, birthday parties we had forgotten, Christmas mornings with our Mom before she passed (we were in grade school (2nd/4th) so we don't have many memories). I had been toting the box of film around for probably about 15yrs. I am so incredibly grateful to iMemories for this treasure. I only wish I would have done it before my Dad passed so he could re-live and tell stories to go along with what they show.
