Imemories converted some old movies that I had never seen of my grandparents and parents from the 50's. It was amazing. I'm so grateful for Imemories for converting everything and returning my precious materials back to me.

I have had a box of 22 tapes sitting in a box in the back of my closet for 21 years. Thought about converting them multiple times but never did it. Saw several ads for iMemories had a sale and then decided to pull the plug! So happy that I did. One of my sons now lives 1000 miles away from me. It's wonderful that he is able to go in and look at the videos as well.

Process was easy to have old videos turned to digital. Loved watching what we recorded so long ago. I would have loved to keep the videos on my phone, but don't want to keep up with $50.00 a year.
It is nice to have access to footage that I haven't seen for years.
Apparently some of my tapes contained copyright material. This was impossible for me to know as these were my grandpa's tapes. I was not notified on it and was still charged without being able to even know or see what the copyright material is.
Hi Carlos, Thanks for your feedback. When we do the digital conversion we do post all notices and updates regarding your order throughout the process in the Order Status section of your account. We do not automatically refund for tapes that contain copyrighted material, because of the digital conversion work is complete. By law, iMemories is not able to upload copyrighted media such as Hollywood movies, television shows, and news broadcasts to your account without a copyright release. This information is noted on our website and inside the Starter Guide included inside the Safeship Kit. As a one time courtesy we have requested a refund for the three tapes that contained copyrighted TV shows. If we can help with any further details, or be of any assistance please do not hesitate to reach out at 1(800)845-7986.

100% use their shipping box it's easy and worth it to package things nicely. Above and beyond with not only uploading the movies but also checking if there were multiple and diving them up! I feel bad for the poor souls who have to see some of these boring movies lol
