The overall experience was good overall. The online process was very simple and easy to use. The people were helpful when I called with any questions that I had. I have recommended imemories to several family members and friends.

It has been great, however, I am trying to learn how to better label and sort my memories. Also, when viewing on the tv app, I am noticing that it "times out" and doesn't finish the whole video. How can I correct this?

Memories restored and now in a digital format that is easy to share. I went from a box full of negatives to precious memories.

I sent out 3 tapes but I was told one needed repairs and unfortunately, they were unable to fix it so I only got 2 videos back (I was still charged for three tho). The quality of the audio in one of the two I received is bad and I will need to fix it later. I also did not expect to have to pay more money to have the company to send me the original tapes back as I thought that was included in the first payment I made.

IMemories was a wonderful experience and one that I will not regret. To see old home videos of family that have passed on is such a treasure. The process was smooth and easy, and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to convert their old tapes to digital.

I sent in 20 old 8 mm reels in the first order and 21 vcr tapes in the second order. Pleased with the quality and responses to inquiries.

We didn't send out the memories box until over a year after purchasing and there were no issues. My tapes and CDs were processed and available online only days later! I have also received my items back from them. I'd say the whole thing took maybe a month between sending out and getting back. I was so nervous to send my important items but now I would use them again if any old school storage is found!

The timeliness of the videos. Slides and CDs being converted was great! But the editing features of the website are terrible. I am still having problems deleting images from folders. I am spending so much time editing, then it does not save my changes. I had entire folders disappear because I was deleting images in a completely different folder. Extremely frustrating. And honestly, to have these problems at the end makes the experience unenjoyable.

This was so easy and wonderful! My line sisters and I greatly appreciated the digitized version of our probate show. IMemories did a great job, and it was very easy to share the link with others. Thank you, iMemories!

IMemories is a quick turnaround service. The overall quality really depends on what you give them. Storage plan is excellent and allows you to put various media together and share it with others easily.

I was pleased with both product and service. I've used them twice now.
