I was nervous to send in original tapes to imemories but the customer service agent assured me that they received them and they were being processed. So glad I spoke to an actual person.
I have sent 11 trays of slides to iMemories in 6 different shipments over about a year and a half. They have digitized them with perfect results and have timely returned my original slides in perfect condition. I highly recommend iMemories.

The only thing that I'm not sure about is that one of the VHS tape conversions didn't have any sound on the digitized copy. It had it on the original VHS tape when I last viewed it. I no longer have a device so play it on, so am wondering if this is a flaw in the process or the original.
