I paid for clean unlock initially which I was later mailed after 5days to upgrade to premium unlock and I did. Yet my phone is not Unlocked. Please check and rectify this asap
Don't be fooled into thinking the first payment you make to them will actually unlock the phone. I had to pay them 4 (yes four!) different times before the device was finally unlocked. First to find out the carrier, then $30 to start the process, then $168 once they confirmed they could do the job, and then another $15 to "expedite" the process. They basically drag their feet for a full month showing a slowly updating progress bar each day with an option to "expedite" for an additional upcharge. The job was completed within a few hours of paying for the expediting, which tells me they were just holding out to get me to pay one more time. While they got the job done I found their business practices to be highly objectionable.
This is the second time I have used this service to successfully unlock a iPhone 6 from Japan's SoftBank. Service.

Pay to unlock since June 12, still not unlock til today. Took more then $100 from me and did not deliver. Everytime I email to check status give me the same reply 1-30 days to unlock. 4 emails same reply. Sadly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you can't deliver then don't advertise that you can. Makes it a bad business... my rants
The service they charge fees for is available free online but be aware you will be charged another fee and your phone is not guaranteed to get unlocked. Don't waste your time with them unless you like being scammed.
Pre-order is misunderstandable. But when it get full paid just 3 days after my phone was unlocked. Expensive but 100%
After taking forever, I paid the Premium Service. Then, it took a long time to tell me my brand new phone, bought at AT&T was reported lost or stolen. The only way it was reported is if they reported it to get away from refunding me. STAY AWAY!
Your service was delivered as suggested Nd it was cost effective. I would use your service again and I will recommend it to family and friends.

The offer a percentage of completion as reference, once it's 100% they just make you wait, I still waiting for it it's been 5 weeks and two weeks ago it was 100%. I paid for an imei check, they said it was clean, and they said it was 100% sure that they will unlock my phone. After 2 months they said my imei is blacklisted, they suggested other sites to see that my imei now is blacklisted. They offered a coupon, what am I supposed to do with a coupon? I lost around 180 dollars with doctorunlock. Their customer support reply after 4 days and says nothing, just standard emails that looks like automated responses.
Save yourself the headache of dealing with these people. They are quick enough to take your money and then do nothing. As of right now I have no proof this is not a scam. As they have taken my money, failed to provide the service in a reasonable time frame and are refusing to honor their written refund policy. All signs point to scam at this point
I'm posting my order # IMEI ************** number online so i can get help and everyone can see it. It has been 90 days.
On may 31 i placed the order trying to unlock my sprint phone and they failed to lock it or honor their refund policy. I paid $168.
The only real gripe I have is that it's marketed as a one time payment, and that is not the case. The initial payment and then a larger one to unlock the phone
Good job but a little pricey. Phone flashed "unlocked " message on startup. I knew it was unlocked way before I received an email from company. If I had positive report of unlocked status I could have completed switching carriers one day earlier.
3 $ to check than 30 $ to pre order than they tell u your unlock is absolutely ready but to order u have to pay 160 $ than 10$ for fast track finally the answer is sorry cannot unlock and no refund
Since my phone was locked to Europe by the manufacturer, I had no way to request unlocking. Doctor unlock easily did it a less than 2 days! I'm now back in the USA with a service to the provider of my choice! Thank you Dr unlock!
Hi, On June 20th I placed an order to unlock my AT&T iphone XR. I paid close to USD 200 for the 100% guarantied service. A couple of weeks later, since my iphone wasn't already unlocked, I sent a message to DoctorUnlock asking for the status of my order. They told me that is taking longer than expected and that it was still in progress. On July 16th, few days before the time limit for reimbursement, they sent to me a message informing that they couldn`t unlock the phone since it was reported lost/stolen. This was very suspicious since I had my phone with me fully operational. I tried to contact them several times, I sent tons of email and messages with proves that my phone was clear, and not in a black list. After several messages asking for my reimbursement, someone called Thomas sent to me the following message: " Contact AT&T direct rather than using a third party checker online, they will be able to confirm to you the status of the device" Which is ridiculous since it was the first thing I did.
After that message and another bunch of emails, and after 1 month, I still haven't received any solution/reimbursement from them.
I have been trying to contact them by message, email, social medias (they don't have) without success. Hopefully trough those forum, they will finally give me a solution.
I will keep you posted if they honor their reimbursement policy or at least provide me with a solution.

DoctorUnlock offer a cheap solution to check your phone for unlocking before you pay final unlock for the full service, they were quick to offer suggestions & fast to supply unlock via email.
Good service but the process was longer than I expected. If need a phone, must do the order days ahead.
