I am a repeat client having now bought 4 pairs of glasses and two pairs of prescription sunglasses - The process was simple, the glasses were great and a fraction of the insanely expensives brand name glasses. My local shop quoted me $390+tax just for frames. I didn't even pay that for two full pairs.

Glasses are ok. One pair bothers my nose but don't wear those every day. I wear the other pair instead and wear the other ones once in a while. As always glasses seem to be extremely expensive.
The frames are good quality and look great, better than the website pics.
I got free Aviators with my purchase but the website didn't let me add my prescription to it. I place the order and customer service emailed me to confirm another detail in my order. I mentioned the issue and they quickly added my prescription to the free Aviators.

Your website was continually dysfunctional for 2 days with regard to the bifocal screen option. I couldn't order bifocal lenses.
Your website is terrible for reviewing an order before the last step. To check the frame colour, I had to start over again! --- several times.
With frequently changing prescriptions over several years, until I underwent cataract surgery, I was very pleased with the frames and lenses I obtained from ILook.
