First time ordering, very pleased. Did not order progressive and will be placing another order for progressive vision.

I was concerned about ordering online but I am happy with my experience.

I was worried as my progressive lenses are complicated and the frames need to be small. Everything is great, the prescription is perfect and the price can't be beat. And I get to support Canada. What's not to love?

When ordering online the staff was quick to email back with questions on my order or answers to my questions.

It was easy to order and I received my shipment quickly. My glasses fit perfectly. I'm very happy and will order from here again.

Such an easy way to find and purchase glasses from your own home!

Service is good and efficient but the glasses themselves are cheap. I've had them for two weeks and 1 pair has the rubber for the ear moving around and pinching my skin, and the other pair I paid extra to have it turn into sun glasses but they never got any darker even after hours in the sun. They're just regular glasses.

I'm no rocket scientist, and I wasn't sure how to measure my exquisitely chiseled 66 year old face (sorry eyes) for prescription lenses. I sent an email with my pupil width, and a young lady sent back asking who measured my distance. I replied that I had. Then I wrote about 225 prescriptions, and she fixed me right up with 2 terrific pairs of sharp looking glasses that I feel very comfortable wearing. They feel like I am not wearing them! Thank you look glasses for being so kind and helpful. This crotchety old man appreciates everything that your dedicated team do to help us mortals.

I ordered new specs on a weekend, they arrived within a couple of days! The service is fantastic. The glasses were another nice surprise, they're just about perfect for me.

Everything was good except that the Transition Lens could have been darker in the bright sunlight.

Very disappointed in the glasses I received... corners are rough where arm meets glasses and they are not clear at all. Having problems seeing through and when they turn to sunglasses there's a big gap down the center that takes longer to turn. I have tried to make them work but had to order elsewhere... so disappointing

My entire family has switched to Ilook. Service and quality are excellent, price is usually cheaper than most, and it is rarely more than a week to be delivered.

I have ordered a number of glasses over the years with no issue. This last order had a problem; one lense keept popping out and will not sit on the plastic wire properly. This is frustrating. I appreciate the quick email response. I am still waiting for further instructions.

I've purchased three pair of progressives, one pair are sunglasses and I find they first quality glasses and I will return in the future. If you're like me you're hesitating at first but go ahead everything is guaranteed.
