I'm excited to receive the foundation but hopefully the subscription is cancelled.that step was also confusing. I just wanted to try the foundation.

I'm excited about receiving my new foundation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, was because,forme, the website was confusing on the annual deliveries. I did not want the annual subscription. I certainly didn't know it was $94.00. Hopefully I was able to cancel it but that was confusing as well. Again, so excited for the foundation but hopeful the subscription was cancelled!

The team did replace it but only work 5 a $30 egift. I still had to pay $24. It this next primer isn't full And doesn't last me at least 5 months, I will never buy ilmakiage again and I will tell My friends and family to stop buying from them too. I love this product but 6 uses only is TOTALLY WRONG! HOPING ILMAKIAGE makes this right@!

The foundation and concealer was a perfect match and it goes on so easy! LOVE
I got a promotion code for a buy one get one free, I got charged for one product but didn't get a free product and promoted. I tried to see what shipping would be and instead got a processed order that apparently I'm unable to cancel! So now I'm out $52 for something I didn't even want! Companies can take your money in a second but take a week to respond or month to refund you!
