I was purchasing the products I need and was a bit disappointed that I was not able to use more than one code that I have received. I wanted to get the most bang for my buck, tried to see what offer was better, but was unsuccessful. No way to keep items in cart and change e gift, etc. was hoping to get my birthday credit with another savings…..

My experience was very easy. It was uncomplicated. It was refreshing to encounter simple website with no complications. And the products are spectacular!

I really wanted this to be my holy grail for my deep wrinkles. So tired of trying brand after brand if supposed wrinkle removing creams and serums. Guess I'll his will just have to join the graveyard drawer with all the other letdown brands.

I am very pleased with the results obtained with IL Makiage Foundation. It provides full coverage all day and I no longer need to touch up my makeup throughout the day. Additionally my face doesn't feel oily and looks very natural. I have to admit this has become my favorite foundation!

I placed my order with my birthday BOGO offer, I put 2 of the primer in the cart. I was $1 from free shipping
I tried to order a lip treatment and then it took away the primer discount and put it towards the lower price lip treatment. There was no way for me to add a product to get free shipping. I like the primer but your site is a headache to use

Just ordered second bottle! Absolutely best foundation I've ever tried and I've used all of the best. Looks like skin. Just beautiful! I get compliments all the time

I love the autoship option but it makes it difficult to change shades in products like lip color. I ended up having to cancel the entire thing and start fresh. I love the products but the website doesn't flow well.

I wanted to order a new product and include that product along with my current authorized-shipment to avoid sending two separate packages and paying two shipping fees. I was unable to do so. It would be convenient to have the option to add a product to an auto shipment in the future. Other than that, great experience.

I didn't like the product, couldn't return it, and now was auto subscribed. When you go to the website to cancel the subscription you never signed up for, you can't find cancel nor can your search for it.

I did not want anymore make after I received the first make up order. I canceled and the make up just shows up and I am charged. Not happy with anything. So time to cancel my subscription.

I have been using the concealer, eye liner and black card mascara for the past two years. These are the best products that I have ever used. The concealer blends perfectly with my skin tone. The eyeliner and mascara go on smoothly and lasts all day.

I find the site very confusing to use and overwhelming in trying to figure out which are the right products for me. Also trying to apply a discount code is so disfigured! None of which reflects on the products themselves with which I'm quite happy.

I am disappointed with the online ordering… your system always adds the "add on", which I didn't want. All I wanted was the skin face exfoliator. And now I'm being sent and charged for another foundation. I ended up with another foundation last time I ordered. Now I have another one coming that I don't want or need!
