One of the things about your product is they do not necessarily do what is advertised, but I do love the primer and the way it makes your skin feel. I hesitate as being a canadian, with the exchange, it is probably not the best deal for me. One other thing I notice, when I see your ads, it says a prices, but when I go in and order, it never seems to be as low as what is advertised even with the codes that are given.
Too many pop ups that I click by accident and end up purchasing. I'll Makiage always responds quickly and refunds me. Still a pain though.
Ive only used the product for 2 days and notice a slight improvement, and im sure it will get even better. What I do not agree with is the false packaging. It comes in a large padded box, with the product inside, which is actually plastic container disguising a small tube inside. This not only misleading, but really unecesssary packaging which will be thrown into a landfill. By simplfying the packaging it will not only hopefully reduce the cost of product, or allow you to give your customer more product at no additional cost, as I feel the item is over-priced. Most importantly become an eco friendly item, that I would consider purchasing again. Loreal pump tubes are a great example of how you should market your product.
I made a purchase of my normal foundation. At the end of the purchase, there is a message that says to save $20 towards your next purchase fill out this survey. After the survey it puts another Hardge on your account for a different product that they are trying to get you to buy. I was charged for something that I never would have purchased $50. There is no one to call only emails back and fourth to dispute. The make up is great but the deceptive charges I can not do.
Fills in but it's caked and didn't cover dark spots and when make up applied after the application of IL product it comes off and it's looks a mess.
Ordering is quite easy, you're always provides an option to skip on automatic subscriptions and you're not overly advertised to purchase!

So I was confused about the shade they matched me with so I emailed and sent in my selfie and they assured me it was the perfect shade but then I couldn't remember the shade so I just took the quiz again with all the same answers and they matched me with a different shade, I placed the order and then came across that old email and seen it was a totally different color! I think your quiz is just a ploy and doesn't really match you as it states or I wouldn't have been given different shades! Even after sending a close up of my face!
I have been using your products for the past year and I am very pleased with the results. I especially like your plump cream and exfoliating cream. I have received many compliments from friends and family on the improvements to my skin! I would highly recommend trying the plump cream.
I find it tricky to navigate around the website while I am logged in, and when I respond to an email it takes us to a strange purchase now page without giving us options to shop for more.
I rate you this only because I don't like to be constantly upsold or have items added to my basket and then I have to constantly repeat no I don't want it. Please back off a little if I want your product, I'll buy it, I promise. However thank you for the coupons.

I wanted to order the samples for $6 and it ended up pulling out of my account over $60 worth of products I DID NOT ask for. Then I got a link sent to me and not the log in orrrr the link they sent even WORK! Im crying.
I liked the website but I think you should make it easier to just suffer an not so many advertisements - You want to easily just look through the site and grab what you like, and stop upselling on every page.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
