Love the Power Up Eye! Results are awesome-this coming from a 60 yr old. Il Makiage customer service is some of the best I've experienced-truly. I received something I didn't order in my replenishment order (their ICON mascara is the only mascara I will use). I reached out to Il Makiage customer service and they had a return label to me within an hour. Highly recommend trying any Il Makiage product-I've been pleased with everything I've tried!
One of my recent purchases was the Power Rewind Anti-Aging Flash Firming & De-puffing eye treatment. The product did work; however, it left a white film around the eye area which could not be covered up and had to be removed altogether to remove the film, thus bringing back the eye bags. In addition, the applicator tip did not work so it was almost impossible to get the product out of the bottle. I asked for a new applicator tip but was told no.
I wasn't aware that if I sign up for a free trial I would be obligated to purchase more products. I'm sure I'll be sending back the promotional items
I was a little hesitant to buy makeup from maybe not as well known of a brand like Il Makiage but I am really impressed! Makeup arrived super fast, website was very helpful and overall I'm very happy and look great on top of it!
I've been using their foundation for quite some time now and my skin has improved so much since I began using it. This foundation gives me all the coverage I need and my face feels moisturized and fresh.
Need to talk to a representative. It ordered me 2 products with out my permission. Calling BBB. Would not even give me an order number because it added a protein charged my card.

I really like the makeup! But I am bit disappointed when ordering. I choose II Magiage Canada on the Web and it gives me the impression that I am ordering in Canadian dollars. Nowhere in the cart does it state that the total is in can$ or usd$. I get my notice on my bank account and I am paying a lot more than expected. So it is costing me over $80 cdn for 2 eye pencil. Also, I am being charged tax on my order. Not sure if this our Cdn HST tax or a USA tax. I believe it is Cdn HST tax, then I am paying an exchange currency on my own tax.
I got the foundation to my niece as a gift and keeping coming back to buy more for her since it's the only product that works perfectly for her skin!
Have tried many items. I don't use liquid face makeup (use powder) and love Il Makiage moisturizers & primers. Makes a world of difference in the smoothness of your skin & makeup.
I've tried many foundations, but I love this. It gives great coverage (without looking heavy) and is easily applied with the brush that I bought with it.
This was a reorder of "power redo". I love this product. It makes your face almost flawless. Covers pores and hides fine lines. It also makes your foundation glide on so smoothly. It might look like a small container but for me it lasted months and months. You don't need to use much with each application. I will be reordering the minute I run low on this product. I can't do without it.
I'd never dare to order for first time online but I'm glad I did. The fact that they match you and if they get it wrong they send you the right shade right away is great. I wouldn't use any other makeup from now on. It's also so light and not cakey at all.

I am extremely disappointed with Il Makiage's customer service. On August 11,2025, I was told my issue would be forwarded to a supervisor. Despite my follow-up emails on August 27, September 11 and September 17th, I have never received a single response from management after that initial August 11th email. The product I purchased remains unused on my shelf (photos attached in my correspondence) because the issue has never been addressed. I gave the company multiple opportunities to resolve this privately, but the complete lack of communication left me no choice but to escalate through the BBB and share my experience here. This is not the level of service I expected from a company that prides itself on customer care.
