I ordered a second product and then they offered me a makeup brush that I already has as a gift, but I couldn't figure out how to let them know that I already have that. It would have been nice to select something else, I'd have loved to try their blush.

Yes a natural redhead I have the pasty skin, not that that's bad but the other thing that goes with it is sometimes red blotchy skin. I'm retired now so wear less actual makeup anyways, but I've discovered all I need is the moisturizer, wrinkle filler in a few spots and the power camo and that's it!

I've been using Woke Up Like This #105 for an about three years. I tried #40 once it was too light I notified the company and never ordered it again…only order my original colour #105. I continue to only get chances of savings on what they say is my favourite shade" #40". The one I couldn't use! I've asked them twice to change it to no avail.

I tried to purchase your makeup with your try first option. But your sign up option came up then after I declined that, next came the brush purchase. I donor know what the hell I ended up with. I know I was supposed to only pay shipping for now. I guess we will see what I get charged. Your site is very deceiving.

I'm on auto ship with IL Makiage Power Polish. Love the product but container, when dropped, immediately breaks top away from bottle making it unsealable, leaving container open & exposed. Impossible to affix top back on, so there's open product with the tube bottom that will not sit up to try to keep. After emailing pics and explaining this is 2nd time this has happened, they emailed back thanking me for reaching out & sending me a complimentary replacement. Customer Service is always #1 on my list. Helps when I already love their products too.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
