During my check out I was surprised to find an added product that I did not want. I wanted 2 items and saw 3. Good thing I reviewed before purchasing.

I love these products. I wanted to change the color of my mascara and then add a product to my subscription.
I discovered that my mascara was on a separate subscription than my foundation so I wanted it together.
I canceled the mascara and tried to add it to the foundation. First, the brown wasn't available, then I couldn't add the black to the existing subscription, or the other product that I wanted to add.
I had to order them in a onetime order.
I should be able to add them to my current subscription without going through a customer service agent. I don't believe that I have ever been able to do anything on my account without involving someone. I know that it has been operator error in the past, but I believe that I went through the process correctly this time.
I just don't feel the system is very user friendly.

I've been ordering from Il Makiage for years and, for certain products, I'll stay faithful. Prices seem high, however each product lasts so long! I don't wear a full face of makeup often, but when I do it never fails to impress. Recommendations: concealer, primer, foundation, liquid eyeliner, and the lash serum(OMG)
I have the make up, now I'm going to try the primer and the new redness cream. I love the personal touch of the skin tone matching make up. I don't wear it all the time, but as a redhead, I need the perfect shade.

It took me three trys to order one product. It was confusing and frankly a bit silly.

Great service and easy returns. My sister uses the foundation and primer and her skin looks incredible. I tried the foundation without the primer and found it felt like I was wearing too much makeup. Probably because I haven't worn foundation in years. Giving the primer a try to see how it works with my regular makeup with no worries about the quality.
I ordered from your company 4 years ago and I fell in love with the foundation great coverage I looked flawless and didn't have to worry about my makeup all day so I decided to order it again because there isn't anything that compares believe me I tried everything and always looked incomplete without it I'm glad I reorder!
It's fine, but the problem I have with your company is that you constantly ask me to review everything. If I have a two minute interaction with you on line, I'm asked to review the transaction. Everything has to be reviewed in your world and sometimes there's nothing to say so PLEASE stop. I like the product which is why I'm placing an order.

I love purchasing products from IL MAKIAGE. The quality is amazing and customer service is outstanding. I have never been disappointed. Even if I am not able to use the products because of my skin sensitivities, they are willing to work with me to ensure a great experience.
The color match was really off. Trying to cancel my plan was nearly impossible…why is the only way to communicate is to send an email? I felt like a "hostage" consumer.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
