This not the first time trying these products. Very hard to find. Luckily I found it on Instagram.
I never received product, they sent a replacement, but the wrong item was sent. I repurchased a second time and still didn't receive my order. They refunded my money. I will try to purchase one last time to see if I get it. I really like their mascara and hope this time I will receive it.

I opted for the "try before you buy" option. I received an email July 18 stating my order had been sent. Cpl days later I was given a 15$ egift because my shipment is now delayed. I was also told that I will not be charged anything until my order is received and only then will the trial begin. It is now August 15th and the shipment has never arrived and my bank account was charged 122$ (Canadian) the full amount of trial products. I'm upset, frustrated and am feeling like I was scammed.

I took the quiz to find my color and ended up needing to order on a different date than I took the quiz. Since I knew what shade I needed I wanted to go back to the website and order it. It was moderately difficult to find without taking the quiz again. I was able to find it without taking the quiz again but it took several minutes to figure it out. It could have been easier but overall it wasn't that bad.

I am a repeat customer who recently just reordered my foundation using an e gift code. When ordering I accidentally selected the wrong shade. I immediately emailed hoping for it be corrected prior to it being shipped out. However, the response I received was very disappointing. Your e-gift code policy prohibits exchanges or refunds. I am extremely disappointed with this policy and will not be returning. I feel this is used as trick on the customer - when they use the e gift codes you relentlessly send out, it releases you of any responsibility to customer service. It's a shameful policy and one that has caused you to loose a loyal customer.
Where is my order it has not arrived, its been 7 - 10 business days
It took me 6 times before my order went through. I followed instructions from customer service and still had issues. Not very user friendly, in my opinion.

Not only is the product way over priced! It is NOT WATER PROOF! Heck it's not even sweat proof! It makes my skin more oily. I am VERY disappointed in this product……. Won't buy it again and DO NOT recommend!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
