I have just been wanting to get into more makeup and I am not sure if I will like it, but I won't like it any less than what I have now! The process was so easy and seemed very accurate, the only thing I was hesitant about was the price, but that might be normal. I wouldn't know because this is my first time trying actual makeup!
Quick customer service reply helped me choose the correct shade of lip liner to match a lipstick that I received as a free gift from Il Makiage. I now use quite a few Il Makiage products and love them all - and the auto replenishment is the absolute best, easy to change the ship dates. I also love the free full size mystery gift that comes with the auto shipments, what a great way to try new products. High quality, gorgeous packaging, noticeable results. I'm so happy I took the initial match my skin test for the concealer. (A perfect match, I might add.)
My Discover card was charged immediately for the full purchase price when I ordered. This was despite the ad saying I would only initially be charged with shipping. Not a good introduction to your services!

I received an email stating I would receive a free power up eye cream. I had to pay for it. Not very happy with the false email promise
I found exactly what I was looking for, but I wish it was a bit easier. The website doesn't work very well on the default browser for iPhones. Otherwise I love the brand.
So on the primer - there is alot left when the pump stops bringing it up - you have to unscrew and swipe around - I get another 2 weeks of use by doing this

Great site, I do wish it remembered your settings from the quiz if you are trying a new product. And allows you to adjust the answers if you think you chose wrong. I love the products, high quality and I was amazed at my concealer match. My foundation was wrong and I think it's because I answered like a warm tone but I'm more cool? But I've switched to a cream foundation for now. I still enjoy the other products.

The Long Wear Eye Pencil was marketed as being for the lower lash line and the waterline, but it does NOT glide on as most of the other brands do. It should definitely NOT be marketed for use on the waterline. I am very disappointed.

I do love the foundation. I love the customer service and willingness to get it right.
The only reason I've taken off a star is I am 100% willing to pay for good foundation but paying $50 for foundation and still having to pay $5 for shipping a small product is just not my favorite thing. I came from spending $15 on foundation that was working for me and free shipping. Completely understand you get what you pay for, that is why this is my second time ordering here. But I do wish there were other shipping options. That's all! 5/5 otherwise. Stays on all day, be careful what you prep your skin with otherwise it could separate on the skin after a long day, blends well with sponge, I use loose powder and setting spray to set it.
