You have been spot on in the color foundation and concealer that I need. Your packaging is beautiful as well!

I bought the Under eye de-puffer which works well but the pump on the bottle stopped working the second day I had it. Not happy given the cost but I had thrown away the original packaging so didn't return it. I'll have to figure another way to get it out. Maybe they should spend less on the luxe packaging and more on quality control.

I really love the Il Makiage stuff. A colleague introduced the concealer to me and I've never looked back. A freebie recently was an EXCELLENT jumbo lip pencil, I love it, and just bought another with a £15-off voucher so it only cost me a tenner. TOTES BARG!

The only thing I haven't loved was a mascara, sent as a freebie, Black Card. It very quickly becomes flakey on drying and there you are bobbing about all day thinking you look fine only to realise you look dishevelled in the mascara department as it's flaked and smudged underneath. NOT A GOOD LOOK BABE. Binned.

Also, and I do love a freebie obvs, I've now received three black eyeliners! I don't actually wear it so there have been grateful recipients however it's MY freebie babe and I'd rather a lippy!

I can't wait for it to arrive to see if the colour match was correct. I like the fact this can be returned and swapped for the correct shade. One thing I'd recommend they do is maybe do small tester pots as spending £40 on foundation for it to be the wrong shade and then have the faff of returning it over and over seems too much of a pain. This way people can order the testers and then order the full bottles.I was reluctant to buy for this reason then thought I can swap if needed

I've seen a lot of ads for your product but the thing that got me to order was a friend had actually tried it an said it was amazing

My issue is I would have liked to browse during the initial order stage to take my purchase up to $75 to avoid the delivery fee. It couldn't find out how. So have been charged it

I then got offered the thing I was looking for (mascara) and so I added it to my box. Yes it didn't get charged shipping but I'm assuming my original order still will be even though I have now exceeded the $75 spend.

I know it's only $9 but just wanted to provide the feedback

I have developed melasma & it has affected my self esteem significantly as well as changed my skin care & beauty regimen drastically, adding time & research. To put it plainly, i don't like it. Discovering IL Makiage has lessened the guess work & the buying & waisting tons of money on products & heavy makeup that don't work. It made me want to put on makeup again because I'm only using one easy product & not spending an hour applying 3 to 4 different products on my face in order to cover up the imperfections. I felt like a car being prepped for a paint job! I would avoid socializing & would cancel plans & even got food & groceries delivered in order to avoid having to go out in public. But with IL Makiage I'm using ONE THING! And that one thing is the "I woke up like this" foundation. It takes me 10 minutes to do my makeup & I look flawless effortlessly! Just the way I like it. I feel pretty again

I have ordered your foundation and concealer, both the color shade did quite match well. It is hard to match the shade by answering the Questionnaires.
Your product looks good but it is very difficult to find a color shade that will match closely.
I ordered your new product:AFTER PARTY NEXT GEN FULL COVERAGE FOUNDATION #40, the shade is too light/white, like a white paint. Also, it arrived March 2nd with a defect cap, it does not function well. Please find the attached photos.
