Cannot change subscription status with email links. Being sent and charged for unwanted items. Customer service will not help via email. Multiple emails without a resolution. Very frustrating.
The website is not user-friendly. The autoship process is not user-friendly. A customer should be able to see exactly what is in their box and should also be able to add items to the box. Instead, if I want to add an item to an order, I have to just order all the items individually, not get the autoship discount and then go pause/cancel the autoship.

Time for my plan to renew on 12/24. Want to remove an Item, but the Cancel option leads you to believe you are canceling your entire participation, not just one item.
Can I add something? No. I order it, put it in my cart, and must purchase it immediately. That item will get delivered soon, and then now that I merged my "two" subscriptions, will get delivered (and charged) AGAIN with my 12/24 renewal.

I want to change the shade of my makeup. Once you play around with the questions about issues with your current color, you cannot get back to the original. The very first question asked in the queries should be: What is your current shade #? So now I will receive (and charged for) some shade of who knows what color.
I've had so many issues before and finally reached out for help. That resulted in a fiasco with Avery that left me with no help and lots of frustration.
There are so many other makeup chains out there campaigning for my business. I have no idea why I continue with this.

When I accepted it I will be receiving a product that I didn't even think on buying that's the reason a cancel my subscription thank but for my is very hard to be calling to cancel the second order that I didn't wanted but I don't order any more
I like the mascara so much that I ordered 3 more for stocking stuffers. It lifts and separates my lashes and adds just enough color for a natural look. No caking or clumping. I hope to receive the order before Christmas. Thank you!
I was recently a test subject for the foundation. I had used a different color in the past, but found it a bit too red, so I wanted to try the shade they gave me at the test with the gift code I got. I also got the brow duo.
The only problem I had was navigating around the Try-Before-You-Buy offer because the gift card is not valid for that program
The foundation and concealer is good match. Tends to feel dry at times specially in cold temperatures.
The one thing I want want you guys to work on is the bottle for foundation. The plastic cap comes off the lower metal wire making it difficult.
Aftee purchasing a product, the site gives you add on offers. I looked and it instantly purchased two products. I'll keep one but other was a duplicate. I wrote to the company o cancel the one. I'll see how fast they respond. I think I should have some choice to purchase if I was just looking at the product.
Your website is so pushy and trying to get me to buy additional product or sign up for reoccurring orders that many times I just cancel any purchases because it's so disruptive
I just sent you an email stating how I had been overcharged for product I didn't want nor could I afford. I spent what I could afford and that was a costly purchase. So I have canceled my initial order and asked for a refund for the products I didn't want.

Every single product is so good you never have an urge to try anything else. Every promise with each product is kept. I've never found any other cosmetic line this consistent, and I've tried many.
I had ordered makeup before, so they sent me an e-card discount off my next order. So, I decided to try a different product, but found out too late that you can't use your e-card discount "if you take a quiz" for a new product. They should tell you that UP FRONT... so, you know what you can and can not use it on. I am disappointed with this. Not sure I will buy from them again, if you are basically "penalized" for trying a new product!
This brand always has great products and even better customer service. I've ordered several times from this site and never had a problem they couldn't fix.
Long story short, I was having issues with a promo code, and the team kicked into gear and got things taken care of very well. I highly recommend IL MAKIAGE to anyone who wants great products from a great business with an amazing team :)

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
