Like i literally ordered from this website alot hut i do expect that shipping should be zero why shipping is added when i'm ordering for like 85 or 100usd & if i'm using giftcard or gift code shipping should not be added

The order I placed today is my first in a while. Until recently, I was ordering quite a bit from Il Makiage. But... it slowly turned into subscriptions and constant emails. It was SO annoying! I love Il Makiage and am hoping this won't turn into a barrage of things I don't want. I'm perfectly capable of ordering and managing my own orders.

I began using Il Makiage about 2 years ago. Their products are made with quality ingredients, consistency, and it shows. Although a little pricey, these products last for a while as you only need to use a very small amount for the desired effect. They are kind to my mature skin and I will continue to use them.
I can not use my discounts for getting a subscription because the server always tells me all of my ways to pay are rejected…no problems with any one else! So frustrating, and no real person to talk to so that I don't have to clear my cache, and not sign in as a current customer…so no discount, ever! As all of their customer service is limited Ai bots 🤬

I found out my Sister sister throw that away you had that forever and I may have used it once or twice and very expensive so I love the way that Tone looked for my skin and I'm gonna try this and see how that goes. My Sister said don't do it. You ain't gonna do them but try one time and then it is sitting in it expire. I said oh well I am very much interested because The look on your celebrities was very flawless and I want to try it.

I was excited but hesitant to order these products due to cost. The order process/website was frustrating. Then you get bombarded with discount offers after your order is placed. I took one sadly and the discount wasn't applied. I contacted customer service immediately and they said it was already sent for shipping and couldn't be cancelled. SERIOUSLY!? And didn't even ask or offer to just apply the discount. The after no less then 5 to 10 emails back and forth a few sending them info I already sent i said just cancel the whole order. And they said to.late ( been an hour ish at best). And then said they may not send a return label. Uummm.free returns right? I find this to be poor marketing and service and don't care if the product is good if the company isn't.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
