I have never tried this product. I heard a lot of good things about it. I do need to find out how to adjust my replenish products when I do auto renew and I actually wanted to redo my whole order to cancel it and then you know re-order but I haven't heard from customer service and do they have a phone number!?!
I really like the il makiage products, I just wish they had more time for subscription, I don't use makeup everyday so 4 months, for me, still to close.

I was about to purchase my item with you. With promo code it would have been $25 dollars. Then I pushed wrong button. Proceeded to ask for my money back. Then my price went up from the original one I had. Totally unfair.
All I wanted to do was buy the product. I love the product. But it took me forever to check out buy the foundation. I was so frustrated that I want to Amazon to buy it. I tried one more time, and finally was able to just click the very small "no thank you" when I found it.
I love their products I bought a new foundation because I ran out and as soon as I payed it I got a notification of a second transaction in the same minute which is impossible because I didn't do it I'm very disappointed and contacted them because it is not ok for that to happen
I made an order 4 days ago and realized about an hour after my order that I had added the wrong address as my home address. The customer service agent I contacted was extremely kind and helpful and quickly responded and corrected my address for me. Very kind and polite. As for the products themselves, they arrived quickly in beautiful packaging. I've yet to use them but I just have to rave about how wonderful the customer service is and how quickly I got my order even in a winter storm.
I've been using this products for 15 years. I've only tried two different other types and was very disappointed. I will always stick to this brand. It has never let me down.
Great products! My frustration is in using the discount code. I got an email promising free shipping, but when I entered a code, which I received for testing a new product, shipping cost was added to order. I understand your policy of 1 code, but this was so disappointing.

I placed an order on 11/23/2025. According to the tracking history, my order has been going around in circles since being picked up by USPS. It was originally supposed to be delivered on 11/28 but since then has gone back and forth from "out for delivery" to being returned to the USPS facility. I reached out to Il Makiage because I have an event that I wanted the makeup for and their response was 'it's still in transit, here is where you can see tracking'. Totally ignored that I already provided that information to them. My event is this weekend and if I don't receive in time I will be forced to purchase another brand and will dispute my charges with my credit card company. It's really a shame because I like the makeup very much but their customer service was not helpful at all
Love the product. What was left of it when it arrived. I took a picture of the oozy box. Soft as can be though. But lost a good amount of that expensive ooze to the little box. Could not find out whom to complain to, just started using what was left. I like it. Not sure if the altitude made the seal break on the jar? Dont know. I hate taking the loss on it because it cost a small fortune to me.
The cardboard of its box is soft and smooth. My face too. Like I said, love the product, just lost too much during shipping.
I have been using the exfoliating twice weekly for about 5 weeks. I find it very effective. My skin looks smoother, brighter and feels very clean after use. I am always skeptical of skin products online. However, I have been pleasantly surprised & have ordered a second product in your line. I have even recommended the exfoliator to a few people who have commented on how good my skin looks.
Your website makes it very difficult to find a particular item that you need. It has too many random pop ups and is difficult to manipulate overall. For example: I had a very difficult time placing my most recent order. It would be beneficial if was able to look at at my orders to help with this proces. Providing the name of the item purchased instead of of the order number would make reordering easier
This is my 3rd bottle of primer. It's by far my favorite. Unfortunately, you can't tell how much is left in the container and then SUDDENLY…you're out! No warning! And it takes a few days to get more. I only wear makeup once a week so this stuff seems to go SUPER FAST. It's pricey for the amount you get.
After I thought I placed my order I was given a screen that, because I was on my phone, I couldn't see fully. All I saw was "20% off" and I clicked it. Turns out I was ordering another item (primer) along with the original item I ordered. I couldn't immediately get a hold of anyone to cancel that one item and now I fear it will be a huge hassle to do so after it has been shipped. If there was a telephone number available this could have been resolved. Poor customer service I'd say. I'll let you know how it turns out.
I was given a BOGO coupon that didn't work as advertised. Once I realized I emailed customer service and the back and forth was infuriating. They stated they are trying to help but are so limited to help that at the end they aren't helping at all. They can't cancel an order (1st company ever that can't cancel an order that was literally JUST placed), they cant send a second product separately to make up for the second product that wasn't sent but was promised as a birthday gift. They offered a coupon for half of the price of the BOGO and said they couldn't offer more to make up for it. All in all terrible customer service. You just lost a customer over a stupidity! Never buying here again!
I love this product. For my eyes and my skin Face. 100% recommended because it works for my skin. My skin around my eyes and the rest of my face very hidrated. I love so much.
I have been using this company for my tanning and make up for years. Highly recommend. Tanning product doesn't make me break out & my skin is sensitive plus I don't have to wear a concealer on my face when I use it. Love this product
At first I thought it was a bit too thick, after using it a couple times I found my way and I really like it, seems to last throughout the day much better then other products I've tried. Overall very happy and purchasing again!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
