My very good friend is a regular subscriber and she introduced me to the products she buys. They are amazing! Website was easy to use and navigate.
Although I rarely wear foundation, I'm always interested in a new idea. Makiage is a well respected cosmetic line. A group of lovely young women greeted me and led me thru the process of applying the product, etc. It meets its promises. I received 100$ gift card! Yeah! But not so fast... the purchase products site was not so.pleasant. I chose two products

A few days ago I tried contacting customer service about not being able to apply a code I had for a credit but never received a response. (I was in a focus study that in lieu of cash was given the code to apply to purchasing IL Makiage products). When I was finally able to use the code it charged me shipping which the site at first showed shipping included, but then charged me anyway.
It's a bit frustrating and I'd like, in good faith, either my shipping charge reversed or perhaps a free mascara or something to cover the added cost.
I'm 75 but appear much younger. No wrinkles but my skin for some reason became dry and tough feeling. I tried everything. Nothing worked until this miracle product! Can't live without it! Soft beautiful skin!
Have tried many different brands of make up and this has been my favorite by far! The foundation does not feel caked on. The quiz was quick and figured out my match in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend this brand if you're looking for quality.
I went through your site for over 20 minutes trying to find a way to contact you directly! There is no way to contact (Phone number) directly. Everything is through email, and very unsatisfying to get things corrected. When I first started with the company, I had no problems. Lately my subscription has changed, and not by ME! So much trouble ordering. Either the discount code doesn't work or none of my credit cards work. Try, try, try,... very frustrating. Write to customer service. No help there. Keep trying. Get frustrated. A week later they send me another email and now it works. This last order went through.

However this time following my purchase which was smooth and easy, I was offered a $20 coupon for a future purchase if I filled out the questionnaire. After I completed it, the page just went blank and I didn't receive any discount code. Other than that it was great.
When taking the color match quiz, the site only provides two product options that match your skin. It would be better of the site would provide a list of color matching products that would work with a persons particular skin tone once they completed the test. Thank you.

I actually came across Il Makiage by accident. I was scrolling through my phone & it popped up out of nowhere. I went to the website as I've always been very interested in my skincare products. I have rosacea, but I only have a reaction every once in a while. I'm 58 yrs. Old & on disability but I've always thought quality over quantity. Well, I looked over the website & thought I'd love to try these products, however, in my honest opinion they're very expensive compared to other high line skincare companies. I have tried both the Power camo redness defense, the No Filter Primer, & the power lift plumping cream. I had to make a decision because I cannot afford them all. The camo redness works okay, but it does leave a slight film after it dries. However, The No Filter primer is absolutely incredible. I would have to say this Primer is the best I've ever tried. It's so smooth & silky to the touch & leaves my skin absolutely flawless. I've even gone without makeup which I never did before. The power lifting plumping cream was okay. I'm sure certain people may need it more than I do, but I'm definitely sold on your No Filter Primer. The only other issue I have is sometimes I wake up & my eyes are a little puffy. I use other creams but I've never found one that I'm really hooked on. I wish I could find one that really works effectively & that I can see the difference right away in stead of waiting 2 or 3 months. I don't have discoloration under my eyes it's the puffiness I want to get rid of.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
