All the upselling at the end is very confusing and frustrating. I was tricked into purchasing a product that i do not want.

Way too many emails! Website is hard to use. Discounts can't be stacked up to by multiple items. Products seem to be great, but the website and the emails are a big deterrent!

I'm totally obsessed with the color 'Wannabe' in Mineral Baked Bronzer, but it broke within a week of receiving it so I had to throw away most of it to prevent a mess every time I use it. I thought the clay color be more dense or wet and I've had bronzer by other brands that never broke.

Out of all the products I've purchased/ used I've returned only 1. That was a mascara that I purchased in error. I don't use waterproof products and that mascara was waterproof, only reason I returned it. I love the foundation, bronzer, blush, mascara, lip mask. Just order the "Re-do" and cannot wait to see it's effect.

They should not have you put a hold on the whole amount of a trial product. It would be fair to say to put at minimum of $5 of the shipping. This was very disappointing for this company very misleading!

I don't know why it took me so long to order the foundation, because I've ordered it before and it had my face looking flawless. I kept my old bottle from the last time I ordered so I could remember what I had ordered. I kept that empty bottle for over 2 years and tried other foundations that did not compare to IL MAKIAGE.
