Would have really liked more help working out which foundation colour is right for me!
It turns out they sell a full coverage makeup, which was NEVER suggested or mentioned to me! Even though I stated I wanted full coverage. Even after trying the suggested make up and mentioning that I still really wanted a long lasting full coverage foundation, it was never suggested or mentioned as an option.
So now, I have to go through the hassle of returning the makeup that doesn't last and order the foundation that I happen to stumble on. Totally inconvenient. Customer service needs improvement

I bought the foundation and self tanner and I love them both! I got my color wrong when picking out my foundation and was going to live with a whiter than necessary face but customer service randomly reached out to me after my 14 day return window and told me they'll send me a new shade free of charge and to keep the old one. I've never had a company go out of their way and out of their own pocket to make sure their customer is happy. I highly recommend this company and their products :)
It was okay, didn't hate it didn't love it I have very textured skin and combination so dry and oily and it just didn't work out for me

You may follow their beautiful models' advice and knowledge and take a simple and accurate beauty quiz. The prices on these glamorous products are very affordable. Fast ordering and shipping. There isnt a havoc of pages just the items each skin tone and skin type need to look flawlessly beautiful.
I have never tried this before, but I think that the procedure was good and very trustworthy, so now I'm just excited for the arrivel and to see how it looks on me

Try before you buy! They let you try it for 14 days for the price of shipping. They will put a temporary hold for the full amount but that will drop off after a few days. (Ill be keeping mine)

smell - it has a slight smell to it that initially made me think I wouldn't want to keep it. After the 2nd use it didn't bother me.

Color/shade - the quiz matched me perfect but I know thats hit or miss, but see comment about customer service as that should help with swapping!

The site is not user-friendly. I do almost all shopping online and this is way too many questions, canned answers don't address all possible answers...add others or write-ins. Allow changes to the cart at any stage in order. Show FULL shopping store up top to place multiple orders with ease. Just did not like the flow of the ordering system!
Just ordered my 1st bottle hope it matches my skin ordered the concealer too. Great website easy and quick the questions were precise.
Found my shade and signed up to try the product but it automatically set me up for auto replenish I don't even know if I like the product yet.
