My autoreplenish has failed 3 times, despite there being no issue with either of the cards I used. I contacted customer service, twice, and it says there will be a response in 24 hours but there was not. 4 days later I got a message telling me how to use update my autoreplenish, which was useless, as this was not the issue, the issue was their system. I've now had to cancel the autoreplenish and order the items normally but this is considerably more money than using autoreplenish.
Screen showed $59 with automatic refill every 3 months- free mascara and free mystery gift- ok I signed up- receive email the charge for serum is $66? It's deceptive!

Well somehow I managed to bomb the test and my Foundation that I received left me with an orangey appearance so I contacted the company and they not only helped me pick out a new Foundation that was more suitable for me but they also help me pick out a concealer as well they then gave me a $50 ecard for free and actually communicated with me almost immediately with a real human being too not a robot I might add. I am very impressed. And the mascara that I purchased is some of the best mascara I've ever used in my life and I am 52 years old so I've been through some mascara honey LOL
