I always enjoy buying your products if I have an issue you guys correct them right away so I am happy about that definitely would recommend. I would, however, like to see more discounts so I can buy more products there's a lot more I want to buy, but mine is a bit tight right now, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase.
Firstly. I actually love this makeup. The shade matched great and i love the feel and smell of it. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll order again. My foundation came either damaged or in a very poorly designed container. Day 1 I had foundation leaking everywhere. I emailed customer service a week ago to figure out if it was damaged or this is how it should be, no response. Still waiting. If you run an online business, you really need to be on top of your customer service game. Honestly I would love to subscribe to the makeup if I can confirm that the bottle I recieved is damaged, so while my emails have been ignored maybe they will see this review and help a girl out. Happy to change the review to higher stars as soon as I recieve customer service.
I emailed Il Makiage and received an email back from Jordan who was very pleasant and addressed my questions and missing item with efficiency and kindness. Very pleasant to have good quality service. Thanks again Jordan.

Did not receive 10% off my first order as it didn't let me put code in. Also, as I was not familiar with the lay out of ordering page, I accidentally ordered something I didn't want and couldn't cancel. Paid $40 for something I didnt want
I've been using the foundation for a week now, but it seems just a shade darker than my skin tone. Maybe once we get some sunshine here it will be a better match.
It was an easy question are to fill out and can't wait to try this.
I took the quiz and somehow got matched with shade 20. It was close but a bit yellow. I looked it up and saw that it's for a warm undertone. I have no idea how I got matched with that since I have a cool undertone and noted that on the quiz. No big deal I'll just exchange it. I sent it back and followed the directions to request an exchange then… crickets. Not a word from Il Makiage. Oh, I did get an auto response thanking me for reaching out and promising that they will respond to my email within 24 hours. Four days later and still no response from them I finally just went online. Re-took the quiz got a new shade and ordered it. Not terribly impressed so far.
Easy to take the quiz. Quick and short. Instant email so that I could look at the product suggested for me. Also easy to purchase. Now we'll see how long it takes to get the product and how it works!
This is the only company I buy make up from that I feel 100%. My make up will look good, feel good, come off good when I scrub it, and will last forever. This is before the best makeup I've ever found in the customer service is top-notch.
I absolutely love the foundation and concealer. Feels like a second skin, so smooth and light weight. Love it!
My friends have used II Makiage for years. I have always been a sceptic until i completed the FIND MY FOUNDATION SHADE quiz. The foundation shade i recieved in the mail was a perfect match for my skin. The first day I used my new foundation the compliments came flooding in.
I was skeptical about buying foundation over the internet. The quiz worked! I also purchased the primer which helps to reduce my skin texture.
I was very impressed with the skin matching and foundation. The price is reasonable as well as the shipping. I have rosacea and find this foundation covers it well.

I have to admit to skepticism; I only tried because of the 30 day trial period. However I am really pleased with the result. So much so that I decided to give the No Filter primer a try as well. I'm new to using the brush applicator, I get why now.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
