Ordering was easy finding out what I needed was easy I was supposed to receive a free gift an all I got was just what I ordered, but tried it on for the first time it looked ok but tomorrow will be the test I go back to work an will see in all the bright lights I will let you no how good it is

I ordered foundation for the first time and am excited to try it. After I checked out, a screen came up to add additional purchass to my order. I did not want primer and was trying to exit from the screen and then got a notification that it was purchased and will be added to my order. There is no way to cancel it that I can find. Not a great start to my experiences and I'm NOT happy that I will be charged almost $50 extra for something I do not want or need.

Very easy to use and fill out not a ton of questions I feel like they know what they are doing and talking about. This is the 2nd time Ive ordered from Il Makiage. Tbh, I had some difficulty with the site on my phone. I wasn't able to search what I was looking for easily. Oh well… technology lol. Then of course there was the shipping issue. I get it, it was during the holidays. I guess what I'm most disappointed with is the product itself. I had no idea I couldn't use any sort of makeup i.e. Foundation, concealer without it breaking down. I never read that on the description. I'm going to try it one more time but I sadly think I'm going to return it 😩

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
