I paid for the original order with Apple Card; I also received a $20 coupon to use for completing a survey. I ordered the eyebrow product and applied my coupon. At the end, there was no way to use my Apple Card
So now I can't purchase the brow product and use my $20 coupon and have everything shipped together
I have been seeing advertisements for their foundation for months and I finally gave in. So glad I did! This is the best foundation I have ever used. I took the quiz and they matched me perfectly. They made a believer out of me. The look is flawless to the point that someone asked what my skin routine was not realizing I actually had makeup on. I will continue to purchase my foundation from them from now on!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
