Tried to cancel my order within hours of ordering and that was declined. I wrote and expressed my issues and basically was told big deal get over it.
Fast forward a few weeks later and still have not received any refund or product!

I've been using the Powerlift for about two weeks now and my skin looks and feels great! It doesn't feel oily or tight, it's very lightweight.

I am excited to test the makeup match but at checkout directly after you pay, it sort of looks like you didn't. I pushed the button again and viola I ordered an extra $40 product with no easy way to cancel…just watch for this.

I purchased and realized I was allergic to one of the ingredients. Could not cancel order or subscription. Do yourself a favor and go to Sephora or your local beauty bar

Zero frustration using the app to determine my appropriate shade. It was easy to use & seamless. The real test will be when it arrives. But having 14 days to try before you buy is also wonderful.

I was confused as to what I ended up with and what I'll actually pay. It said try free but not sure if I will get charged later. I'm hoping to love the product but if not do I return it or just cancel future orders.

I paid for the original order with Apple Card; I also received a $20 coupon to use for completing a survey. I ordered the eyebrow product and applied my coupon. At the end, there was no way to use my Apple Card
So now I can't purchase the brow product and use my $20 coupon and have everything shipped together

I have been seeing advertisements for their foundation for months and I finally gave in. So glad I did! This is the best foundation I have ever used. I took the quiz and they matched me perfectly. They made a believer out of me. The look is flawless to the point that someone asked what my skin routine was not realizing I actually had makeup on. I will continue to purchase my foundation from them from now on!
