The foundation seems to be ok, but I tried 3x and can't get the right match. I thought I had a close color when I ordered the flawless base foundation. I wanted more coverage and tried the after party. Answered the questions to find a better match and ordered the after party foundation. Not even a close match. Tried the original color in the after party and it was horrible. I give up and will not be ordering again. It's probably that I don't answer the questions well enough, but I have no idea when looking at the pictures what looks most like my skin color.
I just received my order today! The foundation was exactly my match (woke up like this), the concealer is also great! When I ordered, for some reason, my unit number wasn't there. I sent an email and got an answer the same day saying that my address was changed! Excellent customer service, I am very satisfied!

I did not receive my last shipment (I think it may have gone to my previous address). I just noticed in January 2024 that it shipped in November 2023 and I was charged accordingly. So I emailed customer service and explained the situation and told them I never received my order. Even though it was past the 30 day period, they asked for my updated shipping address and had a new order out to me in less than 12 hours! Customer service today is mediocre at best, but Il Makiage is top notch in ensuring that their customers are satisfied and taken care of!
I tried to purchase makeup without subscribing to their autodelivery, but they had a pop up you can't clear to pay. I tried 5x, a few different ways ( thru FB, thru email link and thru website). Everytime same thing! I finally agreed and it let me finish the transaction. I promptly emailed customer support to cancel subscription. We'll see what happens.

I want to try a product but not subscribe
I do not want to have any future charges to my account! I just had this with a hair product. If it happens instead of being interested in trying other products in the future I will never buy again. It is a very shady practice. I pressed skip many times and it signed me up so instead of looking forward to getting my product I'm aggravated and feel duped
I have never been one to wear concealer or makeup on my face. As I get older, so does my skin. I have fine lines, slight dark spots (too much tanning at the Jersey shore) and larger pores. I have been trying different concealers from major brands and could not find one that I LOVED. I didnt want it to feel like I had anything on my face or one that was too heavy as my skin tends to be oily and dry. I took the quiz and IL Makiage sent me one that was easy to apply and covered everything I needed it too, it was just a shade too light. It was fast, easy and the customer service in try before I buy has been amazing. I look forward to trying the next shade that comes! I also recently bought the mascara so I'm excited to try it out.
I'm hoping for the best first time ordering my total was around $50. My bank declined the first time to confirm it was my self ordering. I placed the order a second time where it went through on my bank statements. There are three withdrawals from il makiage for around $50 hopefully two of them drop off if they do I will let you know hoping that the foundation is this is good as everyone says thank you
The process of finding my shade was pretty easy as it depended on my body (arms veins etc) the delivery was quick-in my mailbox without a hitch. The product is really good-but the shade gives orange cast on my skin. Not going to work for me but you've got a great concept here!
This was difficult for me to place an order due to my misunderstanding. I have had several strokes and I do not understand as I once did. I love all the products I've been using. Face cream, serum, foundation, exfoliating cleanser. My skin got alot better than before. I ordered 3 more bottles of serum and moisturizer to keep in stock. The serum and moisturizer worked magically to clear my skin up. And the cleanser OMG I love it, love it. I order my 2nd one. It's makes my skin soft and gives a refreshing look after I washed. And I love the smell of this product. Overall I'm very satisfied with all my skin care products. 😍😘
I wanted to change my order right after I placed it but they are so on top of things that I couldn't because order had been processed. They were so nice to send me a coupon for my next purchase because I was not able to change the order. I used it to purchase what I wanted. Great customer service! Polite & professional
Thought I would try this make up through an offered deal. The color was wrong and now they won't exchange or refund because it was through a deal. Bunch of crap! Don't waste your time or money on these rip off artists!
I placed an add on order with my regular auto-replenishment order, and never received it. This was back mid December. Since then they have apparently resent my order at least twice, only to send my other auto-replenishments! Crazy! I am so upset and just want my products... I was given a $20 gift card, but am very displeased with this service.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
