My experience was not pleasant because it clearly states try before you buy and it supposed to have charged me 5.90 but it actually went ahead and charged me 125.+ as with this mishap I don't want it because I really don't wear makeup that much for these problems I should have just bought what I thought was a match from Amazon

It was bad. I was charged right away for the try before you. Then was charged for something I never even purchased

My first time trying their foundation. Shade was slightly off. I reached out to their customer service and they immediately responded, will be sending me a new shade, all at no cost AND provided a $20 coupon! Above and beyond - thank you!

I'm excited to try this product,hope it will match my skin tone.But the shipping fee and foundation cost both are charged from my account, I have to pay nly shipping fee now after trial period,I have to pay full amount right.

I accidently purchased the lip-gloss. Once I got it, I wanted to give it a try. I hate it! It did not moisturize my lips and it burned. I assume it has a lip plumper. I would like a full refund for the gloss. The only thing I found enjoyable was the packaging it came in.

Great information on products, but I mainly appreciated the numerous published reviews of the products with photographs.

The only thing I find is the foundation is a bit drying so I add moisturizer to it.

The color matching for the foundations pretty much look a lot alike. I did the color match three times and was given three different colors of foundation.

I love the make up I still see it kind of patchy and still can see a little pour but the color match is perfect

Honestly, especially for older skin the foundation woke up like this is the best! I have tried so many! Seriously you won't be disappointed and the match quiz worked out perfectly!

I finally got my make up. No fault of anyone except US Postal Service. I ran in and took my makeup off and tried it. I have to say I think I have finally found the perfect make up. It goes on, so easily, feels good on your face and has great coverage.

I really expected a better product than what I received. It's watery and doesn't have the coverage it says it does. My $15 foundation covers and smells better than this. It has a terrible chemical smell.

By far it is awesome and love the product it feels amazing and not greasy and the colour is amazing!

I wanted to try one product only and in my chreckout exp what sound like a quiz was an add on product.

I was very excited to receive my make up and tried it...It was so yellow on my face that i could not waite a few days to give it another try!
