The quiz is short and easy to answer. The shade looks like a good match from the pictures, super excited! After i placed my order, within minutes it had already been processed. Great service.

I received my products and after a day or two the mascara brush broke off inside the mascara which made it useless I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent a new one and gave me a 20% off coupon to try something else on their site. They didn't ask me to hassle with returning the broken item which I was not expecting but grateful because who has that kind of time?

I have been using il makiage moisturizer and makeup for a couple years now. Very moisturizing. I am a 50 year old lady surviving my skin ever changing.I have tried many different moisturizers in my life and this brand is pretty wonderful. Definitely recommend.
How do i return the product? Was not happy with the color and looked patchy and caked on.
I got the product and was excited to put it on, open up the applicator brush box to just a plastic sleeve, no brush. The packing box was sealed so I KNOW it left their facility empty and not quality checked. Then I used a sponge to apply the product and based on what I picked on pictures, I even chose a darker foundation because I tan in the winter and it was two shades lighter and I looked ghostly. Contacted their customer support via info on their site and said they'd get back to me in 48 hours and its been over a week. BIG TIME don't do it, horrible customer service. I think social media made them famous fast and they just don't have the quality to back up the orders.
I'm excited to say that my experience with you is wonderful. I've always been diligent about my skin regiment even as a teenager. I took care of my skin and it paid off. Now that I'm 69 years old I want to continue to improve. Aging is challenging to say the least. But now I can combat that challenge with your product. I've purchased your concealer and makeup and I'm very impressed. Now you have a product for firmness. I will most definitely be purchasing other products in the future.

I love your product but I didn't want to subscribe but the website would not accept anything else. I don't like being bullied by tech and won't buy again if this continues. Please adjust your site. I'm in marketing and i know that you can run away more customers with a pushy site. Unfortunate

Need a customer service line. Makeup was light and wanted to change color to a slightly darker shade, think I may have made an extra auto ship account, which I don't need two different foundations. Not sure😒

I ordered a purchase on 1/9/24 and received a shipping notice on 1/10 with a tracking number. The product still hasn't shipped and there's been no response to my inquiries.
I went and checked out for my product and didn't get the discounted price for signing up for subscription. So no, I'm not happy with this current sale that I just had.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
