So, I didn't have the best experience, after looking into this brand and finally taking the plunge to go on and give it a try. This is my first order, I took the quiz and uploaded a picture. Decided to give the primer, foundation, and concealer a try. First off, it took about 2 weeks to receive my items (although it shows something like 2-5 days to receive). Because of this, I get a $15 coupon for their products. Well, that would be great if I was already a customer, and this wasn't my first order… why would I want to buy more stuff before even receiving my initial order. Especially considering that I highly doubt there's anything for $15 and it would end as another tactic to get me to spend more money with them. Which that is understandable, I know that's how retail goes. Anyway, I finally received my order nearly 2 weeks later, and try the products. As my luck would have it, the foundation made me look almost orange in a way. It looked awful on me. I have a hard time finding a matching foundation as it is. The concealer ended up giving a little better match than the foundation, although I of course prefer to have a concealer in a slightly lighter shade than my foundation usually is. I plan to send it back, but I just don't know how I feel about having to wait another 2 weeks (I'm sure after they receive what I return of course) to try again. I can honestly say I do like the primer pretty well so far, not sure that I like it anymore than a few brands that are less expensive than this, but may change my mind after I use it with a better matching foundation and concealer.
The website is easy to navigate. Orders come in a timely manner. I have loved every product I have tried. From primer, foundation, mascara, eyeliner and skin care products.
Product ordered in error due to a wrong click of a button. Immediately messaged costumer service to cancel 2nd order but told product already shipped. That should have been more then enough time to cancel product ordered in error. I will return all products ordered and not deal with this type of company again as well as spread the word

Horrible experience I will not be going to this brand again. I don't understand why all the charges I only understand the 590 that's the try it charge but I'm getting charged for other stuff that I didn't even purchase so maybe it was a miscommunication on my part, or the companies fault but I just don't understand the charges.
It took a very long time to receive my order. In fairness this is probably not a problem for the company but with the shipping company. Ill Makiage did send an apology and coupon for future orders. I love this makeup! The color seems a perfect match. It feels very light on my skin and looks natural. So far it was definitely worth the wait and I highly recommend the product.
Did a trial and color was way off. IL didn't charge me and offered a replacement for correct color. Any company that stands by their product, whether it works for consumer or not, is A+ in my book

I don't like how it automatically suggests and checks off another product for you to buy after you select something. I ended up inadvertently purchasing a concealer alongside foundation when I only wanted foundation. So annoying and sneaky.

Already filled this out twice. Makeup came frozen, wrong color, not in clear bottle package, but instead in a black squeeze tube. What! What? Was NOT NOTIFIED THAT MY PRODUCT WAS ON ITS WAY.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
