I did not want to join the club and do auto mailings. But the site offered an additional 10 percent off that i could not resist... but it did not give me the additional 10 percent off. I would not have upgraded had I know I was not going to get the additional 10% off

Online ordering was easy. I did not spend time browsing because I knew what I wanted.

The foundation that I ordered was not the right match twice but customer service was amazing. They have not given up and continue to try and get it right.

So far I've had a very positive experience. I really like their products, the color match to my skin tone is pretty spot-on, and they made it quite simple to cancel auto-replenishment (which was my only apprehension). I will continue to buy those same items at my own pace. I also placed a second order for some skincare products less than a week after receiving the first.

I love the foundation and bought the match was spot on. However, I have ordered another shade to try since my winter complexion is a tad lighter now. I've also included the anti-wrinkle serum with this order. Can't wait to try.

Navigating through the site is a breeze and I love that there are actual reviews of their products from consumers. There are also helpful images that allow you to see the effect of the products before you buy them.

I am having a hard time thinking why i was being charged twice and there were 3 transactions already in my account. Please do something about it

Saw a lot of ads for this product and was excited to try it, but also a little wary because of so many ads. But I took the plunge, took the survey for my skin and ordered. I AM SO GLAD I DID. I have been having many different weird reactions with products and my skin recently, but with Il Makiage, no issues! Pricing for this line is comparable to other high end beauty lines and to me is worth it.

I was trying to find how to find the shade lighter than 35 in the foundation but didn't see how to do it. 35 is a tad too dark for wintertime for me. I ended up getting the redness control primer cream though and am anxious to try it.

Everything is fine, the only thing is that being in Canada, I'd appreciate it if you mentioned that the price is in USD and not CAD. That gave me an unpleasant surprise when I saw the actual deduction as it makes the purchase significantly more expensive than what I assumed it would be. Otherwise I love your products.

I love IlMakiage! The coverage is awesome and it lasts all day long. The only issue I had was the code didn't work.

I find that II Makiage has one of the best marketing strategies. You got me! I like the fact they offer discounts if you order product to ship automatically every few months. Who doesn't like to save $. Online ordering is a breeze.
